When they have sales they increase the price of their products so when you apply the discount code, the price is the same is the same as before!

I am quoting their very own words from their representative:
“We have no responsibility for the size charts on our website”
They took two delivery fees from me, one for the purchase and one for the return. Whereas the very reason to my return was their false size chart.
They refunded me $3 for a $23 purchase.

Be extremely careful when dealing with this company. I returned all the items I didn't want and they charged me for shipping even though I paid for the shipping on the way back. How can they do this? It's a money grab.

Shipping Stumbling Block
I purchased a bag and dress from BHFO. Neither item arrived, since they were lost in transit. BHFO will likely be given a shipping refund by UPS, but has not refunded my own shipping. It is not like this is a restocking fee, because I did not even get an item in the first place. I also could not just wait for another dress, because they did not have it in the same size.

After long negotiations I received full compensation for postage
I bought from this seller through overstock "Pajar Mens EXO LIGHT NYO Winter Boots" and it turned out that the actual size of the shoes differs from the one indicated on the shoes themselves and on the box by about 1.5 centimeters. I wanted to return the parcel, but the seller did not want to compensate for the postage, but after I was persistent and provided all the evidence that something was wrong with the shoes, as well as after I additionally contacted overstock support, the seller agreed to compensate me for the cost of postage for returning the shoes. So if you have any issues with what you bought, and these issues are not caused by your fault, be persistent with this seller.
