Party Wall Surveyors can be appointed by Building Owners (wishing to undertake the building works) or Adjoining Owners (adjoining the works) or they can be appointed by both the Building Owner and Adjoining Owner and in that capacity act as an Agreed Surveyor, appointed by both neighbours. BH Party Wall Surveyors also incorporates BH Planning and Design and when we are appointed to submit Planning Drawings and draw up the Structural Drawings etc. we are able to offer cost reductions on the Party Wall appointment. We also provide Party Wall compliant drawings from the start. Every property is different as is each situation and hence a tailour-made approach is likely to get the best results. E.g., the approach that will work best in a situation where the Adjoining Owner lives in the property and is in direct communication with the Building Owner will be different to one where the Adjoining Owner lives away from the property and is not easily reached.
