Excellent service from beginning to end, we were both dinosaurs with computers and modern technology, its being 28 years since we last moved house, and having to do everything on a computer was daunting, but help was always at hand, the final exchange was done face to face the old fashion way, Komal was very professional and helped us right until the end.

We had a really positive experience using this solicitor for our house purchase. From the very beginning, everything was handled in a professional and efficient manner.

Communication was excellent throughout — we were kept updated at every stage, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. This made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

The whole transaction moved along smoothly, with great attention to detail and no unnecessary delays. It was clear that they were proactive and genuinely cared about getting things completed properly and on time.

They took every opportunity to charge us as much in fees as they could. We ended up having a prolonged engagement with them that included a sale that fell through. Not only did we have to pay abortive fees for "work already done", but we later had to go through the whole process of resupplying our personal and financial details again, even though we were existing customers, and also had to pay more fees for the privilege. Communications were polite but very much at their convenience if we wanted to talk to the solicitor. Our complaints about additional charges fell on deaf ears.

I'm doing this review because their marketing team suggested it. Not the smartest thing to ask for when you've gouged your customer.

Very efficient in dealing with queries and processing paperwork. Albeit they [like most solicitors] prefer everything digital they will accomodate office visits without a problem. They keep you informed of developments as and when they occur.

From the initial contact I was extremely impressed by the professional communication from Frankie, I had been with a previous solicitor whose firm had then been taken over and I was left in the lurch. Team at BHW listened to my concerns and set out a plan of action. Despite the complexities of selling flats the team were highly experienced and clearly knew what they were doing. I felt very reassured throughout that they were progressing the sale. Emails were always responded to in a timely manner and I was updated throughout.
