Awful customer support in germany
Bought a blender for 700 Euros, after half a year only a part broke. The advertised warranty seems like a scam. I was urged to buy a new part and the service did not even have a look on the pictures I have sent. After insisting on the warranty they became very unfreindly and said I should sent it in and they will take some weeks time and come back to me. However I have to stop working with the product and wait multiple weeks. Awful customer experience for a product which is sold at the upper price range.
P.S: I am just sharing reviews for remarkebly bad experiences where I have the impression to warn other customers.
