Overall excellent

We had a problem with fitting cleaning cartridge in our BIBO. The engineer arrived on time,and very quickly found the problem which was a broken end of an old previous filter which had become lodged and hidden at the bottom of the filter case. The broken piece woukld have been there for several years or more. The engineer fitted a new filter case, and the BIBO is now working perfectly. All sorted out quickly and efficiently

Engineer on time and quickly solved our problem….and saved us money in the process by telling us about sleep mode. Great service and the appointment was very quick to arrange. Well done BIBO.

We have been BIBO customers for over 2 years now. Very satisfied with the whole service. Had a super engineer service visit recently and every 6 months. All staff are very happy with the great tasting water everyday. Would highly recommend for everyone, we are a small business.

The team at BIBO are super lovely, Milly in sales and customer service is super patient and professional, I changed dates, deliveries and cancelled an install all at very short notice and they handled it brilliantly.
The BIBO unit itself is outstanding , super easy to use, lovely fresh cool drinking ( or not, your choices) . The hot water is the best for making a really good cup of tea.
I used the BIBO in my business , which closed ( long story 😀) and am now installing the BIBO at home ! Love it

We recently had a water machine fitted in our office by Bibo water, after having such a bad experience with another company. The gentleman who came to the office was very friendly and professional. The machine itself works great and is very smart looking, just what we wanted! We have found our journey so far with Bibo Water to be very straight forward and everything you need! Would recommend :)

BIBO are a very well run company and have always been available should we need to call on them. We have two machines and have never looked back, fantastic quality very reliable. The recent engineer visit was great, they were prompt, answered our queries and ensured the machines were in good working order.

Only had the machine 6 months but it is brilliant and well used. The installation was quick and efficient and the 6 month service was equally quick and efficient. We had the same engineer both time and he is a pleasant friendly gentleman.

BIBO are very responsive and easy to use - when any repairs are required they confirm that they have received your request and update you accordingly with reminders for services and visits sent out to you direct with name of engineer, date and approx time they will be attending. The office and maintenance team are warm and friendly.

Service was exceptional, from the call to customer service through to the engineer attendance.
The engineer was very helpful and thorough in finding the fault and our Bibo was up and running again in no time.

As a small but busy office, we drink copious hot drinks to get us through our day. We have had the BIBO instant hot and cold water machine for a few years now and could not live without it. Value for money, great customer service, easy machine service booking and lovely engineers make BIBO such a great supplier.

4. I know I said 3 things, but the customer service level at Bibo is AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE. A lovely gentleman named Sam installed my Bibo, and I genuinely look forward to his visits. He is so professional, courteous and lovely to work with!

Great service, fixed the issue and took the time to make sure the whole system was working well and we knew how to maintain

Great service as always from BIBO, Sam attended at short notice to a small leak we had from our machine which he traced, rectified and left our BIBO perfectly up and running as always.

When possible small issues are sorted over the phone.The technical team know their machines which helps ! When an engineer visit is required the wait time can be a little longer than ideal but the engineers themselves keep to the allotted time and are polite and efficient. Office staff keep you updated with dates and times.

We truly appreciate the prompt service scheduling when our machine was due its maintenance. Our Technician is always very personable, professional and efficient. THANK YOU!
