Getting Things Right
Given all the stuff with Covid, and the lack of responsiveness from the bike shop I use in Calgary I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order for a new saddle was filled. Not only that, after my first couple of rides I am very pleased with the saddle itself. Good work Biciletta!!

I was very pleased with the standard $5 shipping Canada-wide. I live in Ontario and the shipping arrived quickly. The packing was all recyclable and the items I bought filled up the box completely. The items I bought (two WTB tires) arrived in great condition and I'm very pleased with them! I will be ordering again.

Happy Customer
Service is great but there are faster business to ship like Dunbar Cycle. The one thing they are the best at compared to other Canadian bike store, is they have the largest inventory. Only complaint they use Canada Post which is hit or miss for shipping times, and they charge for shipping regardless of how much you spend. Overall extremely happy!!! I don’t give five stars as there is always room for improvement!!
