High fees, zero accountability - horrible experience
Very poor experience. As a buyer, I felt misled.
The platform makes it clear they are not responsible for vehicle condition, but in practice they do nothing to ensure listings reflect reality. There appears to be no meaningful due diligence - what you see in photos is not AT ALL what you get.
Despite this, they charge a significant fee for the service.
After purchasing a car, I discovered multiple defects that were not apparent from the listing nor during the inspection I arranged and pay for MYSELF. While I was still assessing repair costs and next steps, I started receiving debt collection letters with added interest and fees, without clear prior warning.
Overall, the setup places all risk on the buyer while offering very limited value in return. I would not use this platform again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

At the same time, we do not believe your review gives a fair picture of Bidders Highway’s role in the transaction. We are a marketplace platform that facilitates the auction process and presents the seller’s information, but we are not the seller, we do not own the vehicle, and we are not the party to the purchase agreement.
We do carry out interviews and collect documentation for each listing, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle description. Buyers are also encouraged to review the listing carefully, ask questions, and inspect the vehicle where possible before placing a binding bid.
In this case, the transaction was completed and the vehicle was paid for. Any claim regarding the vehicle’s condition therefore needs to be handled with the seller. Even so, we have remained in contact and have tried to assist within the scope available to us as a platform.
Regarding the invoice, we do not send matters to collection without prior reminders. Multiple reminders were sent in this case, and we were also in ongoing contact with you regarding the outstanding fee.
We fully understand that discovering issues after a purchase is frustrating. However, we do not think it is fair to describe this as “zero accountability” on our part when the responsibilities in the transaction were clearly defined, the purchase was completed, and we made efforts to help throughout the process.
