Loved the idea of natural ingredients. I decanted the washing up liquid by half and topped up with cold water into two empty fairy bottles. Lovely fragrance and soft on hands cleaned dishes excellent. Great smell. Unfortunately the toilet bombs had no effect and weren't as effective as expected with no scent won't buy again, They didn't fizz. My toilet wasn't dirty but expected a stronger scent. Would buy the washingup cream again but not due to postage costs. If I could source locally that would be ideal. Could be a game changer if all towns and villages had a way to purchase.

Good ethical company but toilet bombs had very little fragrance.

The toilet bombs do nothing and have no scent whatsoever so a waste of time. The toilet scrub was ok. I waited ages for delivery and had to chase it up and ask where it was.

Really excellent toilet cleaning products - removed some discolouration from the down pipe which has always been there.
Really admire the ethos of this company too.
Products are effective, without dangerous chemicals, smell great, arrived quickly.

Products smell amazing in the pack, however the smells are non existent when they come out the washing machine. I did a small wash and put extra powder in and it didn’t smell of lavender at all. Disappointed. Il stick to Bold.

My washing up liquid came in record time I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived Wednesday, very quick delivery. The washing up liquid smells lovely and is gentle on your hands, I can't use ordinary washing up liquid because it dries my hands so much but this product is lovely! Very nicely packaged with a very informative leaflet, keep up the good work of making a difference Bide Tribe!

Loved the products! I have used them all since recieving them last Thursday. Very subtle smells but with high impact. The other reviews regarding the washing up solution not being full - it's a concentrate which you add water to - this is mentioned in the leaflet you recieve with your order. Once added the bottle it's full to the brim! I love the fact the name of the person who made the product is on the front. It makes it all very personal. A special thanks to Amber, Chris and Rachel. It did take over 2 weeks to receive but as a small business with a sudden influx, it is to be expected. Amelia the founder is very transparent and honest on the @bideplanet Instagram and the waiting time did not have any impact on my enjoyment of the products.

I'm already making my list for batch number 2!!

Everything great only couldn’t work out the volume of the washing up liquid as was it the right quantity in the glass jar or do you split into another jar.

Fantastic products, I’ve used the toilet cleaner and bombs so far and they’re great. Love the ethos of the company and look forward to using more of your products.

Lovely concept however I’m just not massively keen on the products. It also took over 2 weeks to receive the box… if you know you’re going to be on Dragons Den then make sure you have stock…

Took a really ling time to deliver and then received only half a bottle of washing up liquid solution, products very neutral, I expected something with fresh fragrance like lemon

Didn't like the small amount of washing up cream considering the large bottle size.
Do like the resealable packaging for the powders and bombs.

Smell amazing.

Looks great and well packaged in strong cardboard & glass containers. Slight query: I can't find any dilution instructions on the BiDE website for the washing-up liquid supplied in the glass bottle. Is it 50:50 product to water? Or do I decant into another container & thin further?

I like the whole ethos of your product and manufacturing, that is what encouraged me to try it. I have not been disappointed.

So disappointing with delivery delay, leaking products due to split packaging. So much packaging ..... I cannot even use any of it apart from toilet bombs everything else is sodden through with leaked liquid.

I have been using the laundry powder, washing up liquid, toilet scrub and toilet bombs for several months now and am very pleased with them. All the products work well and the laundry powder has been fine with my sensitive skin.
Delivery has always been prompt after ordering.

We were told about the delay due to their massive success on Dragons Den they got a bit overloaded with orders. Ours did arrive little later then one would normally expect but all the products we received in our Dragins Box are brilliant!
it seems a little stange why some reviews priase Bide Planet for their green ethics, then knock them for not rushing their products through thier front doors which does go off the point a bit as all these products are made by an army of home workers to order.
So just enjoy the products, the ethics and point of what they are doing, and what they are meant to represent.
