Packaging problem
My order of washing up liquid arrived on time but the pouch had leaked. The external package was intact but much of the liquid had soaked into it. I managed to salvage some liquid but it was a messy job.
Ive used the washing up liquid before and although not as concentrated as shop brands it is pretty good.

Very Quick delivery
Very Quick delivery, the products all work great and the ethos of the business, both environmentally and socially, is brilliant.
Do wish I'd have gone for lavender, instead of the orange laundry powder, but that's just personal preference. Would happily recommend Bide to others.

Fabulous washing powder
Fabulous washing powder, even got a lipstick stain out of my white bed sheet! Smells lovely too, I had the lavender one. Prompt service. I will definitely be ordering more and trying other products too.

Amazing stuff
Amazing stuff. The washing up liquid especially - I was a little skeptical at first, but it cleaned everything brilliantly, smells absolutely amazing, and my hands didn’t itch afterwards which was an even bigger bonus!

Product great, packaging not ideal
Very happy with product and delivery time. Little bit disappointed box arrived covered in plastic tape as doesnt appear to fit with the companies sustainable ethos I had read

Hello Joanne, Thank you for your feedback. We only use brown paper kraft tape which is gummed, and activated by water to seal our boxes. If you have a picture of your box that would be helpful, we wonder whether Royal Mail added tape during delivery.

Washing up liquid is a great concept…
Washing up liquid is a great concept and works well, just wish it hadn’t leaked through the packaging before I added it to my glass pump bottle. Would love to see a hand soap and fabric softener to justify paying postage for items from bide in the future because shopping from multiple sites is costly and not as eco as it could be for customers.
