Having just completed the sale of my mother-in-law’s property I can’t speak highly enough of the Ross on wye office. From dealing with the basics to the superb relationship management it’s one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Having recently retired from customer service director roles the people I dealt with, especially Amanda, would be a credit to any business. Will never use anyone else when selling property.

The staff are very rude until they want something from you, and they are not prepared to move outside their boxes to work with potential customers (as tenants). They refuse to show people around on Saturday, on two properties so far. despite the fact that I am prepared to pay upfront rental of 1 year or more on properties showing £900/£950 per month.

My worst experience was with Bidmead Cook Estate Agent Abergavenny. They have their own tricks to kick you out of the sale , if the property is good and is in demand, as they have their own rules for selection of the buyer which does not follow the normal or expected rules , but if the property is not in demand they will call you and email you telling this is the best option in the world. Please keep away from them don’t trust every word they say to avoid disappointment
