Jack was a pleasure to deal with. His genuine approach to sales and strong customer service was positive and put my partner and I at ease almost immediately when viewing the car. You do always take a risk buying a slightly older car but I feel Jack did everything within his power to ensure that those risks have been mitigated and we were happy. I am looking forward to seeing how the next few months go with the vehicle but regardless I have the upmost faith if any problems arise that Jack has the ability and customer care skills to deal with them appropriately. I wouldn’t have any issue with recommending Jack to anyone and will be doing so.

Jack is an extremely honest, genuine chap, when purchasing our car the process was simple quick and easy.
Will be using again, and recommending to everyone!
You take a risk when buying a used car not from a main dealer and honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Awful experience and such a shame as my husband was so excited to collect his new car .. he did the deal last Monday. Went to collect today Sunday and there was an issue with keys.. tyre pressure and fuel cap!! Sat around for 2.5 hours one key dosent work and the other had 34% can’t sort today and we need to take car as insurance is valid from today . dreadful absolutely awful service. F y I no way has this been valeted !!!! Never again!!!!! Should be called big car problems

Couldn't of asked for a better encounter. From the very start there was respect and honesty. I was lucky enough to be dealing with Jack and he was great. True to his word with what he was saying about the car and once I saw the car just WOW. In unbelievable condition and clearly well looked after. And the car was very well priced compared to other with the same spec.

10/10 from me for the whole experience will definitely be recommending anyone looking to buy a car.

this company expect you to use your mobile phone credit just to find out the price of any vehicle in their showroom, cause they cant be bothered to put a price in car window. A gimick! I Asked to speak to a manager, he didnt give a **** cause i had no more credit on my phone after trying to find the prices. Its customer service fiasco! There should be massive signs all over the showroom telling customers what your free access code is. Telling me "car prices constantly change during a single day", is utter rubbish!
