We love the place it was amazing
We love the place it was amazing, the cabin was clean, well equipment to pass a excellent an amazing vacations. We used the kitchen, we play dominos, and used the hot tub. love the incredible views, the place feel like if we were in a hallmark movie. A applause and a big thank you to the staff that help us the first night to opened the front door since it was stuck because days before it rain.

Cute cozy cabin for all kinds of weather.
It was pouring rain when we arrived in Big Bear. We were thankful for a warm comfortable place the weather the storm. The cabin was well equipped with everything we we needed. We had brought some cookware, but discovered there was no need for it. We made use of the kitchen, games, big screen TV and barbecue (and cleaning supplies). The beds were comfortable. When the sun came out we enjoyed a pretty view out of every window. We loved the bear decor and the knotty pine walls.

Cabin was beautiful
Cabin was beautiful, clean and large enough for 10 people.
The backyard was clean with a jacuzzi and a gas fire pit, we made s’mores surrounded
by giant pine trees. I highly recommend renting this cabin

cool cabin personal and manager were trying to charge me 100dl. more arguing that the i left the cabin duty but i had already payed for the cleaners. so please dont remt cabins here at wwwbigbearcool
cabin is ok the problem is the blankets pillows ,towells are not clean and cabin in side smell the carpet is duty cleaning peple dont clean right. the patio is duty they dont clean the whole bunch of leeves from trees. i am not recoment

Cleaning fees are included in the reservation total, and guests are not charged again for standard cleaning after checkout. Additional fees are only applied if there is excessive mess or damage beyond what is considered normal use.
In this case, our housekeeping team reported excessive trash and dirty dishes left throughout the house, which required additional time and effort to clean. We also did not receive any complaints from you regarding cleanliness upon arrival until after we reached out about the extra cleaning charges.
We understand this may not have been the experience you hoped for, and we truly appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

The Cabin is Beautiful
The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin!
It was Clean, and felt very homey. There was a small plumbing issue, but we understood shit happens. The Hosts were excellent!
Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely Recommend!

Overall the cabin was nice, it was rustic, we enjoyed everything about it except…. The mattress is terrible! Which made for a very uncomfortable experience. We slept terribly because it was completely worn out with zero support.
If not for the awful worn out mattress it would have been 5 stars.

An Awesome Rental Agency!!
We've been using Big Bear Cool Cabins for a few years now. It's an easy way to find a rental. The website is good to see and navigate all the cabins for rent. There's so many to choose from small to large and what location you would like. There's a map that shows the locations. The staff are so friendly and professional and so easy to text back and forth. Everything is done via text messages and I love it!

While the cabin itself is beautiful
While the cabin itself is beautiful, we had our stay mared by sanitation barriers. The bedding was clearly not changed, with eyeliner and blood on some of the pillowcases, hair, and boogers at an-adult-level in the master bedroom. There are 3 ring cameras throughout the property; 2 of which oversee the back deck where the firepit and jacuzzi are. I don't know about you, but if i'm in the san bernardino mountains, I don't want to feel like i'm being watched in my bathing suit. Again, beautiful property itself and i've used the company multiple times, but, won't be back to this location.
