It saying share my honest experience well honestly i couldn't fault Blue squirrel after a couple of phone calls about size of storage unit and price went down a couple of weekends ago the lady there show me the unit a lot bigger than i needed she then said we do a smaller size which when i look at was perfect for my needs sorted paperwork out and payment there and then it was as easy as that and she couldnt be more helpfull and efficient i would recommend them to anyone who is looking for storage Rob essex

this may be a slightly long review but please read through to understand the exceptional service Big Blue Squirrel, especially Sana the store manager of Essex, provided me with.
I used to live in the UK but had to move abroad and left mybelongings at a storage facility. After finding a moving firm to internationally transport my belongings, i was informed the firm had to go into liquidation and I was informed to collect my belongings at theor facilities in the short time from i was given. Being overwhelmed with frustration, i went on the UK self-storage page to find a place reliable to have my stuff moved in and thet is where i came across the name Blue Squirrel. Sana was the one to pick up when i frantically reached out and explained her the situation. She soothed all my worries and even guided me into a reliable mover as I am not physically in the uk to bring my stuff to Blue Squirrel. after that, Sana literally took over my case, put me in touch with the mover, prepped the contracts and aided me to submit all the documentations online. Today was the day my stuff was moved into Blue Squirrel and even before the truck was unloaded, I had a photo in my mailbox from Sana to depict the safe arrival of my goods. She took care of the movers and even arranged me a padlock that i obviously couldnt bring, She drafted a holding consent letter for the keys. I would explain more how helpful she was throughout this entire process, alleviated a major burden off of my shoulders. I can expand more on all the things she did to make my move without my presence smooth for me especially after the unfortunate event i have been through but I would suggest you trying it for yourself. You wont regret as my only regret is not to have opted to store my belongings with Big Blue Squirrel in the first place.
