Maddening dealing with support

Maddening experience dealing with their "customer service". SO much hassle just to get through basic billing problems. You'd pay but still be locked out — multiple times. They billed me in advance for charges without approval or authorization and refuse to refund. Decent product, service is terrible. Avoid this company, they apparently refuse to work with their customers.

Revised: props for later trying, but still frustrated with their refusal to work with me.

Outside of standard subscription charges, we do offer a Top Up feature, which is only activated by the customer in their Account dashboard – not by anyone on our team. Terrible Customer Service and Billing Errors: Avoid Big Box API!

"Big Box API's incompetence in handling payment issues has been a nightmare. After a failed transaction on one account and successful payment on another, they still billed me $375 for no reason. Their customer service is abysmal; despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, they have ignored my requests for a refund. This level of disregard for customers' time and money is utterly appalling. Avoid them at all costs if you value your sanity."
