Good bus trip, the commentary wasn't very detailed though.

It was a great experience for a quick tour around the city.

I read many reviews on big bus Istanbul and decided to give it a try given my time constraint. I completely regretted my decision as the traffic in Istanbul and the organization of the tour completely ruined the experience. Buses were beyond late, more than 30 mins at times wasteing a lot of limited time. Most attractions in Istanbul are of walking distance anyway. Worth just walking around and taking the metro once or twice if you have to for a margin of the price. Don't waste half your day waiting.

1) It is very hard to find bus stop in Istanbul if you don't know exactly where it is. I've tried to find it with few maps for 30 minutes with no luck. Missed last bus due to that and had to return back to hotel on public transport.
2) Maybe that's a problem of Istanbul, but bus doesn't go through the center and along interest places: it just go by highway around center. So don't expect to see / hear a lot of interesting stuff: you have to get out of the bus and walk to the center

I wish there was more frequent bus service on the blue line in istanbul. Every 1 hour was too much. Overall experience was great.

Took a tour in Istanbul in June. Good locations, interesting audio guide, clean buses and professional service. Highly recommended!

Traffic in Istanbul heavy so you have no idea how far a bus is away from any particular stop. Perhaps you could share the app that the other bus drives use to show the location of all buses. We tranfered from the blue bus to the red bus at the start of the route but had to wait more than an hour for the red bus to depart even though it was standing ready.

I loved the Big Bus Tour in Istanbul. It was one of the main highlights of my trip. I loved the open air double decker top of the bus (bring a sun hat), and driving all over Istanbul. I highly recommend the red route if you only have the time for one line however both lines were great. I loved the automatic commentary during the tour (always timely) and also the background music which gives you a feel for Turkish culture. It was also great to be able to hop on and off, within given hours. The tours weren't super populated in May 2017 (I guess it was off season?) so that made finding a seat on the open air roof very easy. I highly recommend and will be using Big Bus on future vacations in other cities as well!

nicely arranged trips help the tourist to see around the city very well. Services provided are also excellent.

Good tour, lots to see, friendly staff and great flexibility

Little amount of information. Information is not unique - everything is written in cheap guide books. 38 euro is too much for this...
Workers are rude and their aim just to earn as much money as possible and after you bought ticket they do not care about you and do not help you.

Good tour Faruk was very friendly and helpful you have a special one there!
The blue route was a little disappointing as the dolphin place was closed and the driver didn't say anything then it was an hour till the next bus.
but all in all my son and I was happy and had a wonderful experience.

Overall good tour, gives you an opportunity to see All the major sites of Istanbul. Would recommend it for anyone who doesn't have much time in the city. Only drawback is that there's too much upwelling when you're trying to board i.e. the dolphin show, which can be an inconvenience.

Excellent experience. Good freebies along with the package like legolnd and aquarium. Very helpful drivers and support staff were very good. Highly recommend. I was a family of 4 travelling and children were aged 2 and 7.

Very bad experience with your lousy staff i booked 2 seats for 29/12 and you gave me additional day so 1st day we went to sultan ahmet area the next day we wanted to go with the other line but your stupid staff told us this the new route but we find out it was the same as the day before also the driver had traffic accident & kept us in the bus for more than 2 hours till he solved his problem.. u r very bad company

I enjoyed my 48 hours tour in Istanbul...really what you see is what you get..friendly people and especially professional bus drivers..tour audio guide very rich...I would recommend to all my friends without hesitation
