Thanks for your service, we liked it. The first part of our tour (Collins Ave / 22nd street) to Lincoln road on March, 7th (first tour in the morning) was a little bit hasty, because we started some minutes late. So we decided to hop off our bus and hop on the next bus, which was way calmer. ;-) The rest of the tour (red line, blue line & harbour tour) was really great.

1. Seemed a bit disorganised. Staff didn't really know when the next bus would arrive.
2. Changing lines was poorly coordinated and we needed to wait for 20 minutes in the heat.
3. The worst though was the"old" bus with right hand steering. It had no air-conditioning which is really unacceptable in 86 degree heat.

Speakers on one side of bus didn't work, couldn't hear what was being said. We were told "this happens when gets warm out". The sites were beautiful, just disappointed in the bus itself.

No possibilty to hear the french channel !!!!
PLus, I wanted to stop at the museum but with no information (and it was the firts stop on the journey) we did not know if it was the time so...we missed it !! I would have like to be precisely informed : it's the first stop now ... someone interessed ???

For the other stop it was clearer.

Bad really bad ... I am a North Miami resident, and decided to take my guests on this tour. Had done many times before including Europe with the Hop on Hop off bus. Since I've never done this tour in Miami I did accompanied my guests.
So the first bus "city" was taking us to nowhere, not much to show, just driving around in traffic. The tour guide, very unprofessionally decided to "pick" on me, for quite a while, until I asked him to please leave me alone.
The second bus "beaches" was just a ride in Collins Avenue, and the smallest part of Ocean Drive, pretty pathetic for a tourist in Miami.
The boat... the tour lady just concentrated in informing the value of the homes, their property taxes.... Really?

We did a 2 day ticket and got a 3rd day free plus the night tour and the boat trip so it was good value for money. The city loop is ok but not so many sights, beach loop good. The night tour was good as the city lit up is impressive but our guide was really annoying, kept jumping about and on Ocean Drive blowing a whistle and shout8ng happy hour like it was a party bus....

Your buses are not on time.
It is obvious your staff would rather take time for refreshments for themselves than meet the schedule.

I had a great experience on the first part of the tour of Miami. The young guy that was our tour guide was great talked the whole time about the city and where we were . When we changed busses to go to south beach the tour guide was lazy. He sat the whole time and never talked to us.

Tour was good... waiting times were to long...

We did the nighttour. The microphone wasn't working well so we could hardly understand the tour guide. When we switched the canal only music was played. So we didn't get as much information as we expected, especially because we also did the Big Bus tour in New York where it was perfect! The prize was too high.

Took tour of Miami on Big Bus. Tour guide was great but mic not working so had trouble hearing him. Traffic was so bad that it took ages to get where we wanted to go and only enabled us to get off and on once. Basically a round trip. Not the fault of the bus company. We walked to a different bus stop on the way back and almost missed the bus because the App gave us confusing directions on where the bus actually stopped. Said it was in front of a store, but gave a different cross street. After walking to both locations a couple of times, we opted to stay at the cross street and then saw the bus in front of the store a block further back. We ran like crazy and the bus driver stopped for us while en route, thankfully. Otherwise I would have had to spring for a cab back to the ship. So that was very stressful.
Other than that it was OK. just wish traffic had been better so we could have seen more.

Bus should stop every 1/2 hours at the stations, but on one station we were wating 1hour (maybe more).... guide boy was super!

we enjoyed the tour, espacially the boat-tour - the guides are all very friendly! there was one thing which was very disappointing, we booked the tour online and didn`t make the printout in the hotel- I thought with the online-link it shouldn`t be a problem. unfortunately it didn`t work when we were on tour, one guide told us to contact the Information desk at Harbour-Center, downtown Miami- the Lady there was totally unwilling to support us, sent us back to the guide, who sent us back to her- then she printed the tickets for us but was really unfriendly and arrogant.

We waited 50 min for first bus. It was unclear where the bus stopped as their was no bus stop sign. Went on the boat trip and again it was difficult to find where it left from. We asked and discovered that we needed to exchange the tickets given by the bus company for other tickets given out by the boat trip company prior to being allowed on the boat trip. Finally the bus broke down on the return trip from Miami Beach. It was unclear how long we would have to wait for a replacement bus. It was dark and cold so we made our own way back. Very long day waiting around and lacking clear information from the bus company.

The tour was okay. I hopped on and off and had three different 'hosts.' The first didn't interact at all, and it would have been nice if he had alerted us to being prepared to take photos of certain things. The second was difficult to hear (on the headphones) due to wind. The third didn't seem to have much of a planned speech and repeated himself, and didn't have much to say of interest.

The bus cruises pretty quickly through Wynwood and Little Havana, so it's tough to take pics.

On the plus side, it was a good way to get an overview of the city and get to a couple of spots if you don't have a car (including Miami Beach and South Beach). Guessing it was cheaper (for one person) than using cabs. The bus was on time at each stop when I needed to be picked up, although stops aren't marked so it was a little stressful wondering if you were really in the right spot.

Once you are on the bus the experience is great - its always a fab way to see a city. One of the guides was fantastic and really went out of his way to share his knowledge and make it exciting.
However, on the day the route was changed and we waited at a bus stop which had been cut out of the route for about an hour before we worked this out. There was NO information on the App for this despite checking daily updates. surely that is what it's for? We only discovered the route change by tracking the busses in real time and noticing they went a different way and even that was sporadic. Keep the App updated!

The tour was fine. The pickup location was incorrect because the route had changed but the maps were not up to date. This was totally unacceptable. We missed one bus because of this and we drove past the old location later and there were at least 20 very unhappy people waiting there.

Very interesting and informative. Had a very knowledgeable guide the pointed out all the major and not so major sights. Kept the tourists entertained and informed. Waited longer than expected to catch the first ride but what bus is ever on time.

The big bus tour is great and we really enjoyed the tour of Miami. However, one thing to note is that if you get off in Little Havana (to explore and eat etc) you will might have trouble getting back on the bus to get back to your starting point. Its supposed to be hop on hop off but we ended up walking back to South beach from Little Havana because the bus was so crowded. Also its not clear what the time table for the buses is - so when you get to a bus stop you could be waiting for 30 mins or more for a bus.

We booked our tour with the big bus tour app and then we waited more than 2 hours at the station Washington and 9th for the bus. Then came an employer and told us this station doesn't exist anymore.
