couple games didnt track points but…
couple games didnt track points but yesterday i was playing for hours to get to level 100 for 2500 coins and i did not recieve them yet still. i have pictures of the task list and my level in the game and try to send support email in the website but no response. very sad. wish someone would reply back and help get me my points.

I've used this app for two days.
So far I've been using this app for two days. The first day I completed an offer and downloaded a game, completed a few steps and cashed out a few different times. After the first cash out (which didn't take very long to receive) the next were pretty much instant, so I am happy with everything so far.

Great site, awful customer service
Honeslty this is an awesome site for making some good pocket change...I have cashed out over $200 in 2 weeks on this site. I would have given them 5 stars if were not for the customer service. It is so difficult to get ahold of them.If you have any issues. The only option of contact is through email, sometimes they respond sometimes they don't. When they do respond , it could be anywhere from two hours to 2 days, if at all. I am currently having a major issue with my current cash out that I desperately need help with.And I have been trying to contact them for twenty four hours and haven't heard a word. It is so frustrating when you need help with something and you don't even know if you're gonna get a response unless you send ten emails over a course of two days before anyone responds. And if they do respond , it's usually with a one line sentence,.... Not very attentive at all , which is why they lost two stars with my rating.
