Beautiful craftsmanship and genuine dedication
I requested to create a highly personalized figurine as a birthday gift, and I'm genuinely happy with the final result!
What stood out to me the most was the passion and dedication put into the project. I could really tell that they cared about their work and, more importantly, that they genuinely wanted me to love the final result.
They were very receptive to my feedback and made all the adjustments I requested, putting a lot of effort into bringing my vision to life. I really appreciated their patience and willingness to get the details right.
The figurine was completed within the agreed timeframe, with no delays. However, communication was sometimes a little slow, particularly when waiting for email replies, but this never affected the delivery schedule.
Overall the project took 3 weeks from the initial contact to getting my figurine delivered, it was shipped to me to Denmark.
The final result looks beautiful and professionally made <3 I truly appreciate the care and effort Bigchildroom put into this project and would happily recommend their work.
