Return policy is very good and also the quality is very good

What can I say? This is my second order. These are finally clothes that fit larger people. I discovered the LT size, which I can’t find in France, and it makes all the difference. I can finally raise my arms without my belly spilling out the bottom and my wife giving me a hard time. Delivery times are pretty decent. It’s true that if the UK had stayed in the EU, it might have been faster :)
The quality seems to be there, and the price is fair—when will there be a website in Europe? I think there’s potential with Germany.

Great Quality clothes & Brilliant Service. Sizing is abit out & sent my orders back twice to go down 2 sizes for an exchange which absolutely wasn't an issue & was sent back to me a few days later.

I’m disappointed to give one star as iv been a shopper for a few year now and never had an issue, however I made an order on April 21st at 14:57 and to date I have zero correspondence from Big Dude. No tracking nothing !
I wanted them for a birthday gift tomorrow . Very very sad

Love these clothes. I have literally replaced all of my clothes that dont fit right with big dude. I am on a very tight budget and this clothing line fits perfect within my budget.

Have been a regular customer for at least three years, ordered a waistcoat and trousers for my boys communion only to be offered a refund the day before the communion, I was told they were investigating the courier when it turns out they never had the product to begin with, absolutely gutted and let down

The clothing itself is acceptable — selection is one of the few options for tall/big sizes, and quality ranges from mediocre (color fading after few washes) to decent depending on the item. That part I can live with.

What I cannot live with is what happened when I returned roughly half my order.

I have official confirmation that the parcel was handed to their designated courier. Their own tracking system logged it as "shipped." Despite this, they claim never to have received it — and have now refused to refund me for over 11 months. Every contact resulted in delays, shifting goalposts, and ultimately a flat refusal. I have spent hours documenting this case. It is now in the hands of my lawyer.

A few things future customers should know before ordering:
— Free returns are not what they seem. Free return shipping applies primarily to UK and German customers. If you are ordering from elsewhere in Europe — where they actively advertise delivery — you may be stuck paying return costs yourself. This is not prominently disclosed.
— If a return goes missing, you are on your own. They will not pursue the courier on your behalf, despite being the ones who issued the return label and are therefore contractually the shipping party.
— Response times are slow and accountability is absent. Eleven months, multiple deadlines set and ignored, and no resolution.

I genuinely wanted this to work — finding well-fitting clothes in larger sizes is already a challenge. But no product quality justifies this level of post-purchase risk. There are other big & tall retailers who handle disputes professionally.

Order at your own risk. Return at your own greater risk.

First of all, their prices are amazing. That's what brought me in. I am a big dude, and I needed some pants. I ordered a pair of cargo pants from big dude clothing and hoped for the best. The pants came, seemed durable, and I was happy. That is until less than a week later the cr*tch and rear end of the cargo pants ripped out of them under just casual wear. I was literally just getting into my car and they split. I wasn't even working. With this in mind, I really can't speak warmly about the quality of their product. What's more, their site doesn't acknowledge that I had an account, so I couldn't even contact support about a replacement or refund... so I'm just out half the price of a pair of pants somewhere else, but that's still a loss. I'd say just be careful when you're ordering and if you can order a size or two up to give space for movement.

I have found every purchase a really good fit and good quality and most of deliveries have been really quick and to be fair prices take some beating

wrinkles!! I bought several shirts, the look great, but after 1 wash (I never wear anything new without washing) they came out of the washing machine very wrinkled so I air dried on hangers hoping the weight would take out some of the wrinkles, but no luck, still very wrinkled so I put them all through another full rinse cycle and tried drying the on wrinkle free setting and they came out worse than before. The button down area has like a 1 1/2 inch extra fabric that is not sewn down so the was the worst part of the wrinkling on the shirts. I really don't like ironing and most stuff these days is wrinkle free so I guess I will have to donate these to someone who does not mine ironing. Not returning because it was my fault for not checking.

The garment I purchased was perfectly sized , a great fit and great value for money.

Finally a website that sells clothes for my sizes my wardrobe is now full of this brand be buying more in the future

I returned a partial order and asked just to exchange for a different size, they don't do exchanges, keep your receipts or you won't get a refund. I had problems with the stitching on the T-shirts and the pyjamas.
The returned items were not lost in the return process as I have emails stating you received both shipments. Those are what I was sending when I couldn't find the receipt for the first shipment.
