I ordered Bigen hair dye over 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. The only thing I’ve received is a Royal Mail tracking number that has said “We’re expecting your package” for weeks now – in other words, they never actually shipped it.

Customer service has been a complete joke. After several attempts to get help, I got no real answers, just generic replies and empty promises. And to make matters worse, I haven’t even been refunded. They’ve taken my money and provided nothing in return.

This isn’t just bad service – it feels like scamming customers. I trusted this brand, but after this experience, I’ll never order from them again. If you’re thinking of buying from them directly – don’t. Save your time, money, and frustration.

This product is a two tube mix. What makes it great. You don't have to use the mix just once. Recap each tube and use again when needed. Unlike the liquid hair dye mix. You have to use the mix and toss out what's left. That is why the Bigen hair dye paste is best!

Easy to order and good colour match. Works really great for me and doesn't stain your skin which is most important. Well done Bigen!
