I have no complaint about your quality of the coat I bought or how quickly it was delivered, however the outer plastic bag was cut through several times and went through once to the plastic bag the coat was sealed in. Luckily it didn't do any damage.

Do not use this company! I ordered a KAM 2XL tall shirt for my husband, it was so tight and short! Very poor quality, so I sent it back. I waited 15 days for an email to say the refund would be in my account within 10 days!!! I cannot tell you how angry I am as they take your money in a heart beat! . So I will never use these charlatans again . You hope your buying in good faith, but you most defiantly are not

Delivery, quality pretty good yes. Helpful on fone. Garments did have a charity shop smell. Had to dry clean before storing in closet. Needed long trouser. I found the range very limited(tbf...better than all the others I've seen online). Take it or leave it. So I took it🤣🤣

Great goods,great service. The size was spot on

Very disappointed. Ordered jeans 9th Dec. They arrived very promptly but I returned them as the size was wrong and, as I said on the return form, it looked like the labels had been altered. I sent them back using a tracked Post Office sticker on 11th December. Two weeks later I have received neither a replacement or a refund.

Items not recieved

My son is 6ft 6, 19 years old and he was getting so deflated with jeans or tracksuit bottoms not fitting, goung out with his friends or to work, having to wear them half way down his hips to give extra length.
Then I came across Big Fish and was so happy to see the waist and leg lengths available.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and a pair of tracksuit bottoms. Easy to use website and they arrived as stated. One pair of jeans were to small, contacted customer services and they lady was so helpful and guided me through the returns procedure and I received the new size within 4 days or the return. Prices are reasonable too.
Thank you Big Fish I look forward to seeing new stock and ordering again.

With big man stores disappearing its great to have Big Fish to rely on, the clothes are always good quality and fit to size, delivery is prompt, 38" leg lengths are a god send, never any problems with returns, recently purchased two pairs of the new tapered leg stretch jeans, and they are the most comfortable jeans I've ever owned, thank you to all the staff.

At last a pair of jogging bottoms that fit to the inside leg and are loose enough to wear comfortably, the quality of the stitching was excellent and they have not got a baggy bottom.

when they went astray in the post, sorted it all out with great regard for the customer,
