I ordered a top for my husband unfortunately had to send it back this is were the problem occurred I had the post office pick it up from house took three weeks to get refund which was not what I paid for the top apparently they take money off for return label which I did not use as I dealt with the post office also I had money off for postage and also £5 off for discount never got discount on product got in touch with company Catherine said I should have read the small print I will not be using this company again if anyone wants to use this company be careful if you have to return they rip you off

Good service BUT the returns policy???????????
The products and service were fine, but this company's policy of charging £2.50 for a return but you can't get the return label from them to return, this cost me £4.19 by royal mail, returned both items, Trouser too long, and a hole in the seat of the trouser??. the shirt should have been a 3XL, more like a XL size, so returned both items and looked to order bigger shirts none available. the shirt returned back to me with a letter, saying, that a tag was missing, NO the tag is there but not connected to the shirt by the plastic loop, plus came back with a dirty black marks on the front. Tried phoning but no answer. most likely, I will not be using this company due to the return policy - returned item 16/02/2024
