Purchased an expensive playhouse for birthday present turned up in two consignments on different days tried to call phone number of company but this this not work says this number is not accepting incoming calls sent and email over 4 days ago still no response front the company. Product was good over £600. Marked 1 star as if you have a problem you can’t speak with the company and they can’t even be bothered to reply to your email..
if you have a problem or something is broke we’re do go from there.
Will not be purchasing from this firm again be aware!!!!

Terrible customer service- phone number doesn’t work, no one replies to contact form or email. Deeply regret buying expensive item from this company when they do no assist when problems arise. We have a 14 foot trampoline with missing parts - supposed to be for a party but now no way of resolving this in time. Wish i had purchased elsewhere.

I ordered a large mud kitchen and it’s absolutely brilliant! It took an hour and a half to build by myself (and I’m pregnant). I found the instructions easy to understand.
The shipping was so quick, DHL delivery was efficient and overall I couldn’t be happier.

Terrible website experience, wouldn't let me check out even after having to satisfy every single verification possible. Would not recommend just a complete waste of time!!

Ordered an item that was showing in stock. 2 weeks have passed, emails ignored and tracking doesnt work.

I ordered a pack of 20 double thickness tennis balls I only received 19 so not happy at all

Dreadful! No one answers the phone, live chat doesn't work and you can't contact them via Twitter. Meanwhile,we have a 12ft by 7ft trampoline that cost hundreds that can't be used by our 6 year old because the safety net can't be fitted.. not the best birthdy ever.. I would honestly think twice about where to buy from if customer care / service is a thing you care about.

Appaulng!!! NO CUSTOMER CARE which I now see others have experienced as well. I bought a playhouse for my sons birthday and on cleaning the windows with window cleaner they are so scratched and milky that you cant see out of them. I asked if it was possible to BUY a replacement door as the glass does not come out and was told that this was not possible. Not " let me see if the supplier can help" . Bad quality, the item is not even assembled yet and now it has a horribly scratched door which ruins the look before it is even used.
Very disappointed in the lack of interest in finding a solution and will definitely not be using them again.

I rarely leave positive feedback, but in this instance I’m impressed! The quality and price of the items received are incredible. The items were delivered within the week and came well packed. My only gripe is that you can’t speak to anyone in person when calling them, it’s all over email.

We bought a really good, well made trampoline from here about 4 years ago, it is still in great condition apart from the safety net which got damaged in a storm.
I got in contact with them so I could purchase a new net, but the response I received was quite outstanding and speaks volumes of the company's aftersales care and overall attitude towards customers.
They told me
"I am sorry to hear that your trampoline has been damaged. The enclosures are not available separately as they are sold as a complete package with the trampoline.
If you need to claim for a new trampoline on your home insurance I can do a quotation for you to make a claim."
Bear in mind that they manufacture their own trampolines , I cannot see why they couldn't just manufacture an extra net. Very poor customer service when things go wrong, trying to boost their sales by getting me to claim on my insurance for a new trampoline when it's just the net that needs replacing.
Great trampolines , until you need a spare part.
My advice, go to a large company they generally care about their customers and sell spare parts.

Our first delivery was damaged but after an email and telephone call to Rose at Big Game Hunters a further delivery was despatched and received within a day. Second delivery was perfect. Great Customer Service.

The first delivery went wrong and the first delivery agent didn't respond to my email. However, the customer service from Big Game Hunters was excellent, they rearranged delivery through another company and my game arrived in time to be given as a birthday gift.
Product quality was good.

We ordered a garden slide ready for the warmer months. It was extremely quick and easy to put together with comprehensive instructions and pictures to make it really clear for those of us who are not wonderful at DIY!

The slide is light weight which makes it easy to move around the garden but it is also extremely sturdy. My daughter was desperate to try it out and it hasn’t moved an inch with all of this terrible weather lately. I wanted something easy to move for when I need to cut the grass or if we are wanting to have a tent up and it certainly ticks the box.

My daughter loves her new eye catching slide, it is the perfect way to develop her gross motor skills. It is also the perfect play equipment for allowing little ones to gain confidence climbing safely with the large handle bars to steady them.

The long chute means the slide is more appropriate for a range of ages and allows them to get more enjoyment out of their sliding experience.

With a lot of people having to isolate I thought it was a great addition to the garden to keep my daughter busy as she loves the outdoors and loves physical activity. It’s like bringing the playground to the back garden! Hours of endless fun that can help to tire out an energetic little lady.

The weatherproof material means that you don’t have to put it away each day when the weather is bad which is brilliant considering we live in the North West of England where we can have every weather type in one day!

I think the slide is extremely good value for money given that it is a very sturdy piece of equipment that will last for several years.

Excellent delivery time and excellent customer care after a faulty item that was not the companies fault. Hayley dealt with this super quick sending out a replacement with no hassle. Great company and will go to them to search first before buying anywhere else 😀

I recently purchased a Limbo game, which was delivered promptly.
There were a few small defects in the game.
Hayley at Big Game Hunters replaced the whole game, without requiring return of the faulty one. The perfect replacement was delivered within 24 hours!

I recently bought a Giant Jenga and the blocks wouldn't slide very easily so I complained and received a brand new one in only a couple of days at no extra cost. They even told me to keep the old one so now we have two jengas for the price of one and can build a massive one!

Received item (( see saw )) built the item the kids had ago on it the middle of the item was moving all over vey unsafe the kids will not be going on it now and they will not refund as it's classed as used item. I am furious that they have said this an I am going to be taking it higher as my consumer rights have been violated. Would not use these or recommending awfal

Trampoline cover way too small! Supposed to fit a 12 ft trampoline but too small. Should have been advertised as a 8 ft cover. I purchased the cover via debit card with my full name not by Molls which I use for Trust pilot. My Trampoline was quite new when I purchased this cover & definitely a 12ft Trampoline I also measured it before purchasing the cover. I'd recommend buying a larger size up so you are not trying to get one this size to fit - as it won't. I have to use two taupaulins with it secured with bricks around the edges during windy weather. A reasonable cover but such a shame it's too small.
