I ordered a couple of banners to promote a charity thrift sale supporting my local church (they hold a few open sales every year, the rest of the time their "store" is available to parishioners in need). Their customer service was able to answer a few questions I had about size and material options, and the banners arrived quickly. Everything looks great!
I chose Bigger Better Banner to print a trade show banner. They did an excellent job. The print was perfect, the shipping was fast (and free) and communication was perfect. They've been around 1952 and I believe it. This is one polished company from start to finish.
I ordered a Grand Opening banner from Bigger Betther Banner online, and the whole process was quick and easy. The templates were professional and simple to customize, though I’d love to see even more variety.
The banner itself looked great — sharp print, bold colors, and strong material that held up outdoors. Delivery was fast, and support was helpful. Overall, a smooth experience and a product I’d definitely use again.
I love using Biggerbetterbanner.com! Their banners always come out beautiful, their turnaround time is fantastic, and I haven't found a better price yet! I have started to get everyone in our organization using them.
Their customer service is incredible! I always get a speedy reply to questions. When I accidentally upload a lower quality image (see below) they go out of their way to help me correct it.
4 out of 5 stars ONLY because their design interface leaves something to be desired, and you can't really save a design.
To mitigate the design interface I find it most helpful to create the banner in something like Canva and then bring it over as a high quality/hi resolution image.
Even with the clunky design interface, BiggerBetterBanner.com is still the company for me!!
