First time in my life I've put on a hat…
First time in my life I've put on a hat that fits properly which was the aim of the game here. However I do have some gripes that I'm not too happy:
1. You're charging a lot for a hat that is made in China
2. On the China subject, the build quality isn't great either. I have loose threads sticking out on a few places on the hat, something Id expect from a Temu/Shein hat, but not a £30 one.
But, for a big headed guy like me, the hat fits great, I just won't be rushing to buy a second and third hat at the current prices charged.

We're sorry to hear you weren't completely happy with the finishing on your hat. Loose threads certainly aren't the standard we aim for, and we'll be reviewing this with our manufacturer as part of our quality control process.
While our hats are made in China, they're produced to our own specifications rather than being off the shelf products. We spent a long time developing the sizing, fit, materials and features specifically for people who struggle to find hats that genuinely fit larger heads. Producing in relatively small batches also means our costs are significantly higher than those of mass market brands.
We really appreciate your honest feedback, and we're glad the fit has made a difference. Thanks again for supporting a small business.

Received my bucket hat on time & well packaged.
Fits perfect & just what I was looking for & nice quality product & great communication from company.
Only minor downside was the harsh creases to the hat due to how it was folded in the packet which I had to steam out so I couldn't wear it from the get go.

100% recommend
I've just had the hat delivered. I've always struggled with off the shelf hats, they were uncomfortable, tight or just didn't fit.
The hat has arrived on the second tightest setting, fits my head perfectly. As a bald man, it's imperative I cover up and now I can in comfort!
Not only that, it is made really well too and seems to from high quality material but time will tell with that!

I don’t usually wear hats at all because they hardly ever fit me, but my new cap from BH4BH is perfect. It’s comfy, looks smart, is high quality and arrived really quickly. Genuinely couldn’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be ordering another. Highly recommended!

Big head approved.
I thought I had a big head (most regular sized headwear doesn't quite fit) but these are for people with B I G heads. Fit is nice when adjusted, overall good quality. Will probably buy another one at some point.
Just wish some of the designs were also available in standard caps, as a bald dude trying to avoid sunburn, trucker caps with the mesh back are no good!

Great Customer Service
Big Hats For Big heads have finally solved my life long desire to have a baseball cap that fits me. I found the company online and ordered my chosen cap. The process was easy and I expected everything to run smoothly and I was excited to receive my new hat. Unfortunately the cap apparently was damaged by the logistics company and the hat didnt arrive. I cannot fault the customer service from Big Hats for Big heads. Once they had been made aware of the issue I got a personal email communication and a corrective plan to accelerate me getting a replacement cap. Its arrived in really good protective packaging and the best bit...... it fits. I will be ordering my big head Hats from them from now on.
