Rude Agent During Dispute
I had an issue with a game crash and the support agent basically implied I was trying to scam them. Very defensive tone, no apology, nothing. Even if they were right about the result, the attitude alone made me close the site.

Two Mondays in a row the promised weekly cashback didn’t show up on time. Both times I had to contact support and they “manually credited it”. Feels like if you don’t chase it, you just won’t get it.
