Saved Christmas for me, great service and super fast delivery

Order placed, goods did not arrive. No response to chase emails & telephone wasn't answered.

After obtaining quotes from several companies, we chose Jon and the Bigger Living team to build a loft conversion for us, comprising two bedrooms – a front velux room and rear dormer, plus some other structural work to our lounge and dining room including removing a supporting wall.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly & courteous and, most importantly, hard-working. There was a real sense of commitment to doing a great job, and Jon’s management of his team and the many trades required for this kind of work meant no detail was overlooked. There was no sucking-through-the-teeth at unexpected turns, no not-turning-up because another client has something on, and no surprises or hidden costs. Every area being worked on was left tidy and safe at the end of each day – with little ones about, we really appreciated this touch. Our experience was one of positivity throughout.

It's been six weeks since the team completed the work and we remain so pleased. The high standard and attention to detail is evident throughout – favourite examples are the staircase spindles, which have been properly cut in, and the creation of a mini-loft in the eaves of the velux room, giving us a heap of storage space we didn’t expect to have anymore. In fact, the conversion itself has been so well integrated to the house that it doesn’t feel like an add-on at all.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jon, Kelly and the Bigger Living team to anyone looking to extend/improve their home.

Ordered a lamp and some vases and they all arrived undamaged and as described for a bargain price compared to local retail stores. Will be using again to buy more furnishing.
