Took my order & money, then didn’t ship!

Placed an order on September 18. They immediately printed a shipping label and took my money. It is now September 30 and it still has not shipped. Tried reaching out but no response.

Feels scammy to me. Wanted to let others know so they don’t fall prey.

Update 10/07/2024:
My complaint was finally heard. The product shipped on Sept 30 and I finally received it on October 7, 2024. It took 2 weeks and 5 days after order placed.

While it took quite a while with no communication until after I complained. They said they were overwhelmed with orders and their manufacturer couldn’t keep up.
The product arrived and is exactly what I ordered - and I love the product! Maybe they will improve their process.

I have upgraded their star-review from 1 to 4!
