Brought a Kawasaki from Dudley store and the service was excellent. Dealt with Katie and nothing was a problem, communication was great, everything explained and bike also superb. Highly recommend.

I was the only customer in the shop today, walked around and every bike i was interested in was dirty, i was waiting for a member of staff to approach buy not one came and asked if they could assist, two staff members were eating food on the shop floor, they looked at me then just looked away and carried on eating. the rest of the staff where either stod or sitting behind the counter, a couple looked up at me yet again no one interested in seeing if i need any help. Most of the bikes have no tickets on so you have to search the internet to find the prices. after 20 minutes of walking round in circles and leaning up against steel posts searching the internet i walked out. Just sold my bike privately so cash in the bank and ready to spend but i guess not with these people.

Very pleased with the way I was treated very professional and friendly from start to finish.

Brought a Vespa GTS in one day.. Katie and Bilal were really helpful and made the process really simple and enjoyable.. fully recommend their process, if my scooter is as good as this process I will be really happy ..

Spoke to Tom today and was amazing told me everything I needed to know about the bike made sure I knew everything about the car, finance options and warranty and helped explain my worries, great service

Simple finance application with a fast response. Ellis was able to explain everything and found a good finance deal for me. Additional extras explained but no pressure to accept what I didn't need. I'd be happy to go through this process again with Bigmoto. Thanks for your help Ellis.

Once everything sorted my end big moto came following day. I was quite surprised how respectful and efficient they were and didn’t try n barter or knock me down, they paid what they said they would. Payment was in my account pretty much asap and they sorted the v5 transfer immediately. Very happy and would recommend. Would also like to mention the guy who collected the bike was very efficient and professional

No I'm disgusted and I am looking to leave a shock8ng review plus photos customers need to he aware of your dangerous cowboy conditions that you hide blame c7stomer knowing full well you have put my life at risk

BUYER BE AWARE CHECK WHEELS TO SAVE YOUR LIFE

You had the back wheel off 3 times due to the brake disc also if you had done your pre check sales release correctly beggars belief how it was not pi ked up just shows how irresponsible you mechanics are
It will be when someone is either Dead or seriously injured as a result in in competency just for a sale

A very straightforward process from the quote online, which was 20% above the next best bid. Collection and payment all very easy, with no last minute chipping on price.
Would highly recommend.

Just bought a motorbike from big moto, had the lovely Amy from the Great Yarmouth branch help me with everything I needed. Couldn’t fault her! She was helpful friendly and wasn’t at all pushy or trying to force a sale. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I will be returning for services and mot’s without a doubt.

I had my heart set on a certain bike and found a problem with my p/x which was not of my doing, any way thanks to a certain young lady ( Katie bayliss) who helped me get around the problem I had and know looking forward to my next purchase she went above and beyond for someone she had never meet and the service was overwhelming fantastic I would easy recommend bigmoto for anyone looking to buy or sell

Found bigmoto at Great Yarmouth good to deal with. Amy very helpful. Had a couple of minor points with my new bike but was resolved very quickly. Very competitive price & good customer service. Would certainly recommend them.

Terrible company that is not professional at all, they dont have a clue how to run a business. They advertise bikes that aren't even ready for sale. I waited 6 weeks to be told the bike still has issues which their in-house macanics have no clue how to repair.

Be carful what you purchase from this company, their stock is full of faults. Worst company and customer service i have ever came across.

Everything was very seamless and straight forward. Managed to buy my bike with ease thanks to Clare who was really professional and friendly throughout the whole process.

Good web interface and a fair offer considering it’s a trade sale.
Great communication to arrange pick up.
Straight forward pick up inspection and because everything matched the description the offer was honoured with no annoying haggling.
