Tried to order Elixer strings for a 7 string at the local store, weeks in no result. Went online with Big Music Shop and had them in house 2 days later. Won’t even bother with the local store anymore and go directly to BMS

Delayed Delivery
After I placed my order, the items did not get shipped for ten days and there was no update from the team. I had to call the online sales support, thats when they realised the delay and then took steps to dispatch my shipment.

This would have also been communicated at time of check out and again on the order confirmation.
This is still expected to land within the estimated period.

bought 2 guitars now - gretsch streamliner and a fender tele
gretsch streamliner and a fender tele. Both came set up well and ready to go. They actually emailed me before I got the tele and let me know the volume pot wasnt working properly, they had a replacement sorted quickly and sent it out. So they check their guitars properly before shipping too.
