I have tried to contact them over an issue with my order and they just don’t respond. Poor service. Not sure if they are a scam….

Really poor quality clothing, made to look like designer! Impossible to return for a refund, do not buy from them.

This company is in Chengdu, China & tries to pass itself off as a European company. They operate under numerous different names on social media, but are one & the same. They're a scam. They sent me some clothing that was literally falling apart when I got it & looked nothing like the photos. The sizing was totally different from the size guide. They said they would accept the return. When I returned it, tracking showed they received it, but they never refunded me & stopped answering any messages.

I ordered 2 Of The 4Wheel Mobility Scooters ..They took 60 Dollars from me and I never received the scooters..In Tears Am A Disabled Senior Suffering And Needed The Mobility Help..Company Shutdown Their Ability To Keep Contact..Lost 60 Dollars And Am Still Surrering Horrifically..

Well in October of 2023 I ordered Mobil schooter from you for $48.99. I’m pretty sure you remember me because I NEVER recieved it you kept telling me it was on its way then out of the blue you then tried to tell me it was delivered. Well like I sai I never recieved it ever. What I would like to know is where’s either my schooter or my full refund. I’m going to wait to hear from you it better be really soon I have copy’s of all the receipts I got but not the item.

ANOTHER OF A VERY LARGE FAMILY OF SCAM WEBSITES.
As ususal important parts of the site such as Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are blank but this one does give a company address ("Head Office: 20 Fenchurch Street, London, UK") which of course is fake. The address given is a large office block in the heart of the financial district of London!
