I ordered my package on oct 4th & I have yet to see it or receive any updates on shipping as of oct 21st!!! I can understand a slight delay sometimes , but leaving me clueless for nearly 3 weeks now after taking my money is un-exceptable. Fix it "big sky rent" , & do your job correctly or your business will never be more than just mediocre!!! Prove me wrong & get my package to me ASAP or refund my money ASAP & I nor anyone else I know will ever use your site again & the bad reviews will almost certainly pile up. Hope this gets read by someone who actually cares about customer service & the handling of other people's hard earned money that most definitely doesn't grow on trees!!!!

Ordered some waders and boots back in February for fishing trip in middle of March. Never got the gear for the trip. No communication at all. Sent inquiries for refund with no response and called as well with no success.

Communication sent several inquiries no reply still don't know if im.getting item or not

I ordered waders--Drake to be specific. I got Gatorwaders. Although the order was a substitute, I liked the Gatorwaders. They fit and were suitable for the hunt. I would order again. As an interesting aside, in the pocket was a medal for a family duck hunt which interestingly enough was guided by the same outfitter I used. The outfitter will get it back to the family.

Big Sky Rentals was awesome. The tent (Blacktail 6 person) was high quality, easy to set up, and in great condition. Would highly recommend.

A+ service... Went above and beyond to me get the binoculars I rented to me before my hunt.

The ordering process was simple. The delivery was on time. The gear was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the waders they sent were the wrong size and I couldn't use them. Ended up not affecting my hunt.
I emailed them about the wrong size while walking from the truck to the duck blind. I had a refund before I got into my layout blind.

As someone who only just started spending time doing things outdoors in the last year, finding Big Sky was such a stroke of luck. I've rented gear twice now, and both times the customer service was impeccable. Big Sky has allowed me to go on the outdoor adventures I always dreamed of without having to commit to purchasing expensive equipment outright or finding a place to store the stuff when you're living with your in-laws.

Purchased some Sitka gear from Big Sky. They are very professional and super fast shipping had my gear within 2 days of purchase. They answered all of my questions and were very patient. Definitely will purchase from them again.

I have been searching for a pair of Sitka waders with all of the major retailers for awhile now. No one had anything and there was no anticipation of getting anything any time soon. So I reached out to Big Sky Rentals and sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for. They shipped them immediately, I just received them them and they fit perfectly. I might not take them off until duck season starts in 8 months. I highly recommend Big Sky Rentals for all of your gear and clothing needs.
