Broken System, Wasted Time to rate your application…
We were forced to rate your application as terrible it feels raw, unfinished, and not ready for real clients. Your IT team and credit specialists come across as unprofessional, unable to provide a working system for even basic tasks like login and document upload. This wasted our time and blocked our process.

Not GDPR Compliant.
Over that last week I have received many many messages from Emily and Sam from bigthinkcapital.
I have never provided consent to be contacted in this manner. Both Emily and Sam refuse to explain how they obtained my personal information, why they are contacting me and refuse to deal with this harassment unless I join a call with them.
This behaviour is totally unprofessional.
edit: Still no explanation of how my contact information was obtained, why Sam and Emily refused to explain and demanded over and over again that I joined a sales call. Was still being contacted today. Totally shady behaviour.

Overly Optimistic and over selling
They were very professional, and the team seemed on top of everything. However, they were overly optimistic and oversold both their service and capabilities. In the end, nothing came of it. It turned out to be a waste of time working on so many documents, only for them to overlook a basic issue that could have prevented the entire situation. Even though I had a bad experience, I will still work with them in the near future because they were very committed to get the best deal for me
