Called Big Toe Massage and a search went out for a massage therapist to handle three bookings as our family were on vacation at a time share.

Michelle answered the request and provided on time excellent service. Prompt and catered to each of our family members needs.

Sharice (sp?) came to a bachelorette weekend and gave each guest a 20-minute chair massage. She was punctual, professional, and gave an excellent massage. I'm a massage therapist myself and I'm pretty particular; I absolutely recommend Sharice from BigToe.

They overcharge me for just one session $385. These company is the real scammer to get easi money. Is no way I’m going back with them. 0 star 🌟

On time very important and very professional

Malleny was awesome! This being my first time, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but liked that she had such resounding reviews. The moment she walked in she greeted me warmly and proceeded to set up very quickly. She arrived ahead of time so set-up didn't eat into my time. Once we started, somehow she had created a spa-experience in my home! Music, aromatherapy, fresh linens, etc. It was the most relaxing massage I've had in a long time! I'm hooked and can't wait to schedule her to come back!

It was a pleasure working with Bigtoe to book massages for myself and my guests for my birthday celebration. They were very accommodating with my request for multiple therapists for poolside massages. A member of their team made the booking process seamless. I am in Florida, and I told my sister in Chicago about their great service, and she booked her massage immediately. I would highly recommend Bigtoe, and I'm looking forward to utilizing their services in the future. I cannot say enough about Monique (Moe)! She communicated with me via text and arrived early to set up for my birthday celebration. She was very accommodating with my request for a poolside massage. Moe has personality plus. She’s bubbly, warm, patient, and her massage skills are impeccable. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Moe, and I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed!

Therapist can cancel last min, and your money's on hold. They don't seem to care about customer service at all. The other apps are more expensive but definitely more reliable.

Ivey was excellent and a true professional massage therapist! The experience was amazing and I can definitely recommend Ivey as an exceptional therapist. The entire process of booking the session was easy, I was able to get a same day appointment and it could not have been a more satisfying experience.

Darek is one of the best massage therapists I have ever used. Skillful and extremely pleasant. My sore neck and knee have never felt better. I highly recommend using him.

I had hired them for a message therapist and paid online. "Victor" to come to my home for a massage. He was stuck at the gate of my community, because my mobile carrier had changed my phone number, though I hadn't authorized it, and I hadn't given the new number to gate security personnel. He wasn't allowed through, so Bigtoe emailed me to call Victor, I did, it was the same number of a woman I was communicating with the night previously who I was going to meet on a date, but never showed up, "Brianna." I didn't leave Brianna a message, but eventually called the Marion County Sheriff's office and reported what had happened. I had made this appointment online, how were the 2 connected, the woman I met on OkCupid.com that never appeared for my date and was scamming me about being there in the parking lot, then telling me to go somewhere else, having the same telephone number as Victor the massage Therapist who was to come to my house for a massage? All this has been documented with the Sheriff's office, including providing Victor's/Brianna's telephone contact number.
Bigtoe charged me a "Cancelation Fee," that I've also reported to my credit card company, 119.99 for all this? How they get away with this stuff is incredible to me, but I recently moved to Florida from New York, and have never encountered as many scam artists.

Very nice, friendly, and able to spot where my problem areas are. Much more relaxed after our session.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this service. The customer service is terrible and non responsive. Providers are late and can add charges. Also, most importantly, both my husband and I tried a few providers and none of them are skilled. I used similar services like Soothe in other cities and had MUCH more positive experience.

Carrey arrived on time and was professional. Her set up was fast and included spa music with water sounds. She understands how to massage out knots in the body.

Charles, was great! He came prepared and ready to give a good massage.

Ebonie was great. She took the time to really listen to what I needed and made sure to focus on those areas throughout the session. She checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable. I left feeling much better than when I came in. Professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about giving you the best experience. I highly recommend her.

This was my first time using Big Toe and I got lucky from the beginning. I stumbled across BigToe searching for “in home massage”. Usually when I try a new massage place I have to try a few different masseuses to find the one I like best. I prefer a deep firm massage with stretches (Sports massage).
Lynn was EXCELLENT. She was punctual, friendly, and gave an incredible massage. I am still feeling wonderful 3 days later. I am dogsitting (live in) for a week and Lynn was very patient with the dog.
Bigtoe is more expensive than going to a physical massage parlor because of the convenience of having them come to you, which is understandable in my opinion. Convenience always costs more. If I were rich I’d have a live in masseuse 24/7. Massages are great to relieve stress and tension, muscle aches, and increase blood circulation.
I will use BigToe again and I will request Lynn EVERY time. I’m sure there are many other wonderful masseuses at BigToe, but I’m a person who sticks with what they know when possible. Lynn’s massage pressure, pinch and holds, and massage techniques/strokes was exactly what I was looking for. And I’m so happy to have found the perfect masseuse on my first try at BigToe.
I highly recommend BigToe and most definitely recommend Lynn.

Julietta Massella Massage I cannot recommend Julietta Massella highly enough. She is, without question, one of the best massage therapists I have ever had in my entire life.

From the moment she arrived, her warm, kind, and calming personality immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she is exceptionally well-trained and truly understands the art and science of massage therapy.

What impressed me most was how she perfectly balanced efficiency with genuine care. She never rushed a single moment and made every minute of my 90-minute session count. Her touch was gentle yet incredibly effective, leaving me feeling completely relaxed while also addressing areas that truly needed attention. She has an amazing ability to know exactly what your body needs.

Julietta is thoughtful, considerate, easygoing, and an absolute joy to work with. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment that you immediately feel like you’re in the best hands possible. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, refreshed, and more relaxed than I have in a very long time. I honestly know I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight!

The massage therapist was over 15 min late and informed in less than an hour she would be late via text. This was a 9:30 pm massage for a two hour session. I was informed they can be up to 30 mins late but if the customer doesn’t answer the the door within 15 mins it a no show and pay full price. They weren’t even willing to offer a partial refund for their Contractor being . I was concerned for my safety at this point due to late evening. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. They were not even willing to provide a partial refund due to their staff being late.

Also keep in mind if your contractors can arrive up to 30 minutes late that means that it still takes time for them to set up their equipment so a customer has to be put back at least 30 to 45 minutes, but still paying full upfront not good business

Due to this poor business practice, I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau.
