Avoid this company

Price is good, but ALL of my furniture (including a 65 inch TV) have been damaged.
There is no protection in the van. I chose to trust the people and process hence I wasn’t monitoring during the process, including dismantling, loading etc… It tunes out that everything (literally everything ) had a damage to the different extent, no exemption.
The company refused to take any responsibility afterwards, given the fact that everything is in the good condition before the removal but arrived in damaged condition.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

Friendly, professional, reliable and economical service!

Big Van Man Watford transferred around 3 tons of book boxes for us from pallets on the kerbside into our garden room, completing the task in just 40 minutes. He was very professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced, with excellent communications throughout. Would highly recommend!
