Signed up for the free trial. Half of the features aren't even available on the trial. The only thing I was able to do is add logo/captions on my video - that's it! No filters, nothing.

Tried to cancel the day BEFORE trial ended, NO BUTTON on "Cancel Subscription".

Wake up today with Apple charge. Absolutely no CS for this app, feels scammy.

I bought it for the teleprompter app. There is a bug: the recorded video’s voice is out of sync with the lip movement. This bug is over one year old. I have made support aware of it. They are in denial despite multiple users having this issue. This makes Bigvu unusable and a waste of my money and the time spent recording videos.

I am going to be honest- I had high hopes for this but out of maybe 20 videos that I recorded using this - only 2 or 3 were generated correctly. On the others the sounds lagged behind the videos or the other way round, They told me to change camera options and also to try desktop version. Neither of these things worked. Their customers service is ridiculously unhelpful and if I were you- I wouldn't invest in it. £97 that I basically threw in the dirt.

Had it for years; not used for most years. Bought from Appsumo. Tried today and remembered why it sucks.
Bad - sound lagging behind video. Automatic refresh WHILST YOU ARE RECORDING. Slow open.

Avoid.

The sound quality is terrible starts off ok for 1 minute then goes really quiet and distorted. Told yes after 1 minute it does this? so the answer is to make 12 15 separate videos and put together, this is assuming the video generator doesn't freeze up or just not work. Supposed to save time but takes longer than just recording yourself- waste of money

This app has the potential to be really good, but I have had so many problems with it freezing, not saving work and audio issues that it really is not worth it.

The premise it great. The reality is somewhat disappointing. The whole system is too glitchy! It took over an hour to edit ONE 2 minute video what I could have done in iMovie in about 5 minutes. Can't move the logo even though their help video says you can. Every time you make a change, it takes minutes to upload that change. As for using the teleprompter on my mobile, it's fine but works better in portrait than it does in landscape mode which, considering social medias choose different proportions, this is not ideal. As for recording, say you make a mistake and then you want to just carrying on recording just before that mistake? There's an option to start the script where you finished but 9/10 it jumps, which renders it pointless. The only work around is then to edit it, by deleting in the script area, after each take. Which all takes more and more time, when the premise of this start script feature should work! Also, if your recording in landscape for youtube and you then need to edit the script, it only allows you to see, max 2 lines at a time (depending on how the system feels at that time) which means you have to take the mobile camera out of it's station and turn it to portrait to edit the script. Therefore affecting continuity. Every time you want to start to recording the next take, you have to adjust the size of the text when the system should just remember which size you were using before. Then there's the 6 buttons to upload each video onto your computer which is really slow when you've got 30 takes you want to load at once. There's no bulk loading button for a project, so loading your takes has to be done individually which means this alone, will take you around 20-30minutes for around 30 takes. All in all, it's very glitchy and not a very well thought out system that costs around £15 a month! And I've got to pay significantly more if I want my VA to have access. I've been working with it for over 18months and NONE of these glitches have been resolved so far.
