I was wanting to sell my car and took it to various garages and also went on line to get quotes. Then I saw Big Wants Your Car, I entered the cars details and got an instant quote which was higher than other quotes and was very close to what I wanted. They phoned me the next morning to ask if I was happy with the offer, after answering a few questions they said my car had an outstanding recall which needed sorting before they could collect it, the recall was done and then they sent a driver to collect my car within 2 days. The driver Jason was so polite and took numerous photos and then contacted the office, the money was put into my bank account within minutes. Really couldn’t believe how easy and hassle free it was, I have been telling everyone how super impressed with them I am and now I know where to go in the future to sell my car I will never part exchange at a garage again.

Amazing service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their car. The price was fair and competitive for the market. I spoke to Chanel who went over and beyond to fit me in for a last minute appointment and on drive to the showroom, I was met by Sam who greeted me so warmly. Before I got a call from Big, I got valuations from other car buyers. Most want to put your car on an auction site. Chloe fro Big called me and we agreed on a price which was not much lower than the auction sites, which there don't seem to be any guarantees with. With Big it all went so quickly and smoothly. My car was checked over and then 5 minutes later the money was in my account. I was very impressed and would recommend them.

Contacted BigWantsYourCar.com to sell my BMW and after filling in details online and providing pictures of the car, I received an offer which was valid for 7 days. I spoke with Lily who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Once accepted, they came to collect within 2 days and after a thorough check, I received a payment link and the full money was transferred to my account.

Based on experience with other car buying sites, I was fully expecting some kind of negotiation to knock down the price but there was none of that. I was pretty honest with all the up front details I provided which I think is important but I was surprised at how easy the process was. They offered me the best price compared to other platforms and it was a really easy process.

Quoted £37500 online. They rang me and had me go through 3 different people asking the same questions. They had me on hold for 12 minutes then said the best they can do on a perfect condition manufacturer serviced car was £35100. Waste of time

Payment was fast and hassle‑free, and the final price beat other online dealers. A far easier and safer option than selling privately.

So straight forward, amazing communication, sold my car with ease, they sorted the finance company, and it was a very quick payment to me for the rest, a matter of minutes. They didnt knock off any money from the original quote either! Very impressed and would definitely use this company again to see my car!

Great company to deal with. No messing. No silly photo angles demanded on a pro forma. Big accepted my own pictures of my car and quuckly agreed a price and collection date. Great driver came for my vehicle and the promised price was paid in full. Didn't try to cut my price down. The money I was due back, came through instantly. BIG are a breath of fresh air. I'm glad I found them and I recommend this company.

Absolutely phenomenal, the whole team were so kind and so helpful, special thanks to Mia Gadd she really stepped up and helped me sell my car. So quick, so smooth honestly could not recommend high enough. They gave me a fantastic price for the car and honoured that the whole way through, if you’re thinking of selling your car these are the guys.

I had tried using Motorway, WBAC etc but kept getting low balled on the offer. It also took a while to get my car into their auction. Then they’d start reducing price because of little things. Always a problem.

Then this company came along. 45 minutes is all it took. Took photos, called in, got my quote, got a little bit more and collected a week later.

Collection process with Andy was so simple. Communication was straightforward and I got the same price paid out.

Would use again without any doubts.
