I hired Bija Garden to run a women's mini retreat and it really is the ideal space with a very special energy. Tzaddi is wonderful and made sure everything was perfect, answering all my questions ahead of the day and being there to welcome and settle me in. The studio is a lovely space - beautifully kept with everything you need, and of course the adjoining garden is the perfect little haven. We made use of both the indoor and outdoor space as we were lucky to have beautiful weather and it was very special. Thank you, Tzaddi!

I joined the pregnancy yoga sessions with Tzaddi up until I was 38 weeks pregnant. The sessions were amazing and taught me breathing skills and relaxation techniques that were invaluable in my birth experience. The sessions were always relaxing and offered the opportunity to be tailored to your experience and energy levels. Most importantly, it gave me the chance to relax and connect with my baby. I would definitely recommend the pregnancy classes and look forward to joining the post natal sessions when I am able!

I have some mobility issues and a session with Tzaddi greatly improved my movement and flexibility. She is very knowledgeable and adapts yoga to benefit each person based on need. Her studio is an oasis of calm which makes the session even more beneficial. I strongly recommend a visit to Bija Garden.

I attended prenatal yoga classes with Tzaddi between 14-40 if pregnancy, and I always left the class feeling relaxed, and more confident about the pregnancy journey. Tzaddi provides a warm and relaxing space, and makes the experience very personal. She has been highly professional, informative, and caring yoga teacher. Her classes helped me so much, and are a must do for any expectant mom-to-be.

Tzaddi delivered a wonderful pregnancy yoga class for my group of moms. I found her to be a highly professional and nurturing yoga teacher. Diligent and really caring in her approach, making sure that each member of her class moved safely, according to their individual abilities. I was particularly struck by how easily Tzaddi managed to connect with each of the moms during our 1 hour online class. This can be difficult to achieve when teaching online but Tzaddi did this beautifully. It actually felt as if she was in the room with us! I honestly can't thank her enough and have no hesitation in recommending her organisation, Bijagarden. Thank you Tzaddi!

Great yoga class for our Employee wellbeing session and everyone felt very zen and relaxed afterwards and felt like it was a great guided session.
