We've now bought two cars seats from Bijou Baby, the first time I just met Hayley and the second time Tash and Hayley both helped. I have also been for a fit check between the two purchases. I wouldn't go anywhere else for car seats and will always recommend them. Our most recent visit was in relation to seats for a BMW now we have a second baby on the way, I had seen a seat online which I was interested in and they did show this to me but also showed me a second seat that they knew would work, and it's absolutely perfect. They have so much knowledge and are just so lovely and helpful. There's no pressure on purchasing, they just show you all the options. They won't be the cheapest seats, however I am more than happy to spend money to keep my little ones as safe as possible in the car and know that I'm getting expert advice that I can go back to if needed. 10/10 service!

Excellent store and extremely helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable and highly skilled. For a small store they have a hugh range of baby products.

I ordered the Trixie wooden Animal Train set, which was sent directly to Dover where our grandson lives. He was excited to play with it along with his mum, watching what she did and copying. It’s a lovely late Christmas present for him. It’s very good quality and workmanship. A good buy!

Excellent service received- talked through options for extended rear facing, and pros of different seats. Installed in the car to test fit as well. We preordered an axkid, and when it arrived they also installed for us, which was amazing service!

My car seat hasn't arrived yet but going to Bijou Baby, I was given demos of two car seats for my nearly 4 year old. I was given solid advice to help me inform my decision making. They were brilliant and patient with my little boy. The one we liked the most was then installed in my car to see how it would work and fit. It was then an easy decision for the purchase. I'll definitely be going back for future care seats :)
