Really quick delivery and a beautiful ring exactly as described will be ordering again. Well I would of been ordering again but after wearing the ring twice the middle stone has fallen out tried three times to contact bijou and still no reply

Not value for money, the earrings were so small and they charged a lot of money. Did'nt look like that in the picture, misleading people.

Will not use this company again, a ring I ordered was in stock at the time I placed my order, I then get an email saying that it's now gone out of stock! Not good enough, it was in stock when I ordered it, so my order should have been made up. I will not be recommending this company I'm afraid, this was a very important ring, they've really let me down!

Ordered a ring as a Christmas present in size Q (was measured at a jewelers) but when arrived it was too small. I then returned it and ordered the next size up which came but was massive! Either their sizing it's not true to size or I have been sent the wrong sizing as some stage. Have contacted them before I return the second ring however have not had a response. Really want this ring but do not want to keep paying delivery fee and return postage every time.

Purchased a white gold Aquamarine ring, on arrival it was too big, so contacted Bijou who advised me to return it. Asked for exchange for one size smaller which arrived within a few days. Excellent service and ring was very good value. Thank you.

This solid silver bangle is just stunning. It is hinged but is so subtle you can barely see it. The fact it is hinged means it is easier to put on. I Cannot recommend this company enough. From my first email enquiry about the bangle which was shown as unavailable. I thought I would contact them to see if there was anything they could do? I was informed that they could get one for me and after I paid I received it via Royal Mail the next day. Brilliant customer care and service

Absolutely gorgeous piece and fantastic customer service. Was out of stock initially but after making an enquiry I was replied to immediately and told my order could be placed as stock was returning the very next day. Thank you for helping me to make my fiancée smile in this difficult times

EDIT - response from company and refund now received.

My order was received and queries answered promptly to begin with.. until I returned the item as it was not completely as described on the website and now I have emailed 3 times and not received any response in regards to the turnaround for my refund. Not impressed and wouldn’t buy from them again.

I have bought earrings, a bracelet and stunning pendant necklace - amongst other things - over the years, both in person at the Hayes Galleria stall and online. Beautiful items, great quality and always a genuine personal service. Always a pleasure to deal with this great company for presents or treats for myself.

The silver hoops are very light to wear and I have enjoyed wearing them but the attachment for joining up at the back of the ear is easy to bend and not easy to fit together as it is too flexible.Not sure how durable these will be.

I have bought silver jewellery from Bijou before so knew that they were reliable. I ordered 2 necklaces, one immediately after the other as the prices are very reasonable and I decided I would have the same necklace in 2 lengths. Delivery was incredibly fast so that when the second one arrived the day after I had ordered it I thought at first that it must have been a mistake. I’m very happy with both my necklaces and will certainly use Bijou again.
