This was my first order from Bikeable. Everything went like promised and the highlight is that it took only 1h26mins from my order entry to dispatching it and that is awesome.

Wrong product
First I got a wrong product and the customer service denied it. After a few calls and couple of emails they admit their mistake finally and the end come was that they didn't have the right product available even though the website said differently.
The Thule Infant sling is now posted back to them and I'm waiting the refund.
