Complete scam. The charge on PayPal was more than was advertised and it’s just a pulse oximeter, has nothing to do with blood glucose levels.

Purchased a non-invasive glucose meter but received an oximeter instead inside a box that states it is a blood glucose meter (mislabeled). As with other comments company only offers a 30% discount or I have to pay shipping back for a refund - no offer to send correct product. Declined both. Not heard back from them. Should avoid at all costs.

I received what was supposed to be a Bikenda blood glucose monitor. I should have read the reviews first before ordering it. That's not what was sent. I tried to reach them for a refund but it's so hard to even reach them.

Order the blood glucose meter and received a oximeter which I didn't need. Don't purchase from this company! Very difficult to get a hold of to get a refund. Company offers 30% refund or mail back to company in China and I pay for return shipping. What a joke! Had to file a complaint through PayPal to get their attention. Scammers!

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the glucose monitoring system and received pulse oximeter in a blood glucose monitoring box. I'm not happy at all.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Product isn't at all like represented. There are two, hard frontal teeth plates. There is no interior and no way to attach them to your teeth. The "gums" are hard plastic, not silicon, and the "teeth" seem to be made of the same material. The box they came in says to affix the "dentures" with the enclosed silicone gel; there's no applicator or gel in the package.

Scam scam scam! Don't do it. It doesn't work ! It doesn't have Bluetooth, mine doesn't even read my pulse it just flashes 888s! The instructions which were too small to read. I had to take a Pic of it and zoom.in 300%!! They mentioned nothing about able to read blood glucose! It's a rip off!!!!

The device is nothing more than a pulse Ox reader and a poor one at that. Misrepresentation and fraud. Beware!

Bikenda is a scam site that goes under many names. It appears on facebook. Sites such as aussihaven.shop. mrkbiousa, emobarry, and now TEMU are all part of the scam. I ordered a cat and a dog and got nothing. I have spent a lot of time tracing this site and I have run into other names reportedly selling the same products. Do not buy robot dogs or cats from this or any other web site they all lead back to this same scan site.

I just received. Was supposed to read blood glucose but only does blood oxigen. Will return for a full refund

Bikenda Glucose Meter Scam! The product advertised on FaceBook was clearly not what was supplied, even though the packaging reflected the promotion! After checking for scams involving this product, Diabetes Australia is well aware of this device, and also the deceptive tactics used to make sales. FaceBook should also be held accountable for continuing to host scam advertisements and getting paid for it!

Purchased Bikenda non invasive blood glucose meter and received 2 blood oxygen and pulse meters.

Want a free shipping label to send this garbage back.

The Glucose Test is a scam. This product doesn’t read anything. Now I can’t get a refund cause your dealing with china's product.

I ordered a blood glucose meter and received two blood oxygen meters not what I ordered!!!!!! Same as all the other reviews. Very disappointing as I really need to monitor my glucose levels. Probably useless in requesting the real product fyi got the box describing what I ordered but inside was the wrong item !!!! This company is a fraud!!!

I ordered the Kitten Luna and the puppy Was told that the order was in process and would soon be mailed. That it would take 15-20 days. Order was submitted 2/19 and now there is no response to any emails I have submitted. Orders were for a gift and now i am out 64.00 and have to buy another gift. Frustrating

Bikenda is running a grift scam. Advertising regular oximeters as blood glucose meters. Pure Fraud.

I also ordered a glucometer and only got a pulse oximeter. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Blood Glucose Meter and received two Oximeters. The boxes are printed "Non-Invasive Blood Glucose Meter" but contain cheap Oximeters. They were "dropped Shipped to two different addresses before my address.
