I see more negative reviews, we know you see them on here. You have replied to one and ignored emails to the company. Yet more proof you pick and choose what you respond to! So here it is, formally your last chance, refund me my money as promised to which I have proof you promised or face the consequences of me taking you to court.

So whilst we are at it and with the influx of new reviews which I imagine people are reviewing and awaiting your response - WOULD ANYONE ELSE LIKE TO TAKE THIS SCAMMER TO COURT? SEE HIS DAY IN COURT? IF I SET AN EMAIL UP AND POSTED IT ON HERE YOU CAN CONTACT ME - WRITE MORE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND I WILL KEEP AN EYE OUT TO GAUGE INTEREST OVER THE NEXT WEEK

I cannot complain about initial order but I needed to return an item and request the next size up. After 4 emails I have not received a reply. Wish I had read the reviews. Will never deal with them again

The other recent reviews all seem to have shared similar experiences… in summary:

1) Ridiculously late delivery. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Very stressful just before Christmas as these were presents. I constantly had to chase for a response.
Was advised that these were going to be re-sent due to the non arrival of the original order. Thankfully the original order eventually turned up. But no sign of the re-sent order. All emails sent chasing this until the point of delivery were ignored by Biker Rings.

2) Delivery eventually arrived. Numerous items not included due to being out of stock (despite showing in stock on the website at the point of ordering). One item was the incorrect size.

3) Advised I would like a refund for the items not received and the incorrect item. No response. Had to chase again for a response, at which point I was offered vouchers for £70 - £50 vouchers as a refund and £20 as an apology. Despite the actual amount needing to be refunded being £66.96. So the “apology” was a bit meaningless really… No acknowledgement of the incorrect item or what to do with it until I stated I didn’t want the vouchers but I just wanted a refund. They asked for it to be sent back but provided no detail of how to do this. Once I asked for confirmation of the refund and details of how to do this the replies stopped again (despite replying very quickly to the previous two emails I sent the same day).
4) Eventually get the refund of the missing items after chasing four times. No refund or acknowledgment of the incorrectly sized item. Chased another three times for this before I got a response. After much debate around me sending the incorrect item back at my own cost for biker rings to review whether the item was incorrect or not, biker rings agreed to refund the remaining amount and for me to dispose of the item. Refund not processed and no response after three further attempts to chase this up. Currently pursuing a Section 75 claim to recoup my funds.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with… cue Biker Rings (or Carl Harrison) on here with a defensive comment (despite not being bothered to respond to emails or action refunds when agreed). Beyond amateur.

If I could give it Zero stars I would... Ordered 1st week of 2022, nothing received by 20 January 2022... emailed to ask why and when... no replay by 31 January... No phone number available. Gave up. Found this trustpilot page and wish I'd found it beforehand... AVOID

Ordered on 6th jan and nothing received. No reply to emails. Reporting to bank tomorrow

My order has not arrived after 6 weeks. Money has been taken. Was told that order was dispatched but nothing ever arrived. No responses from Biker-rings despite repeated emails. No phone number available so basically my money was taken and I have been ignored. This does not appear to be a legitimate business so I recommend people avoid. Unacceptable.

The worst on-line retailer I have ever experienced on-line, and I've bought a lot of things on-line. They took the money and from that point, no communication. Sent emails to ask about my order. They don't even bother to respond. Looks like I've lost my money to con-artists. No facility to pay with paypal, so they have that angle covered to prevent getting a refund for not receiving the merchandise. Avoid at all costs. Next stop. BBC watchdog.

I ordered from this company at the beginning of January. On the 17th I got an email saying my order had been dispatched. It’s now the 28th and I still haven’t received it. I have sent emails but have had no replies. They also seem to be using the name of another
reputable company and that company has never heard of them. Do not buy from Biker Rings!

February 8th
After sending several emails which were unanswered my order has finally arrived!
Not fantastic quality but there again it wasn’t expensive. Don’t think I would order again though.

I ordered a t-shirt for my dad's birthday, still haven't received it. Order placed 6th Jan, apparently dispatched 10th Jan. I've sent two emails and heard absolutely nothing.

I placed my order on 22nd December, was emailed to say it was dispatched on 2nd January, still had nothing delivered. I have emailed twice and haven’t had any reply. Definitely DO NOT use, I really wish I had looked at reviews before letting them rip me off, very annoying. Clearly a scam. However, they are very good at emailing to ask me to post reviews about my experience so I’ll keep posting bad reviews!

I ordered a clash t shirt on xmas eve, still not received it, e mailed biker rings five times no reply, had my money though disgusting, I want my money back but haven't replied to me at all

Ordered on 9th Jan 22 and now 28th Jan, still no goods despite several email which they don't reply too. I'm not holding much hope of receiving the goods now after reading lots of other reviews.

I ordered a tshirt and it took juwt over a month to get to me! They kept saying they’d sent a replacement out to me but through it all I only ever got 1 dispatch email. The top is nice although I got a large and it’s way way bigger than any normal large top I’ve seen.

Ordered 2 child's tshirts before Christmas only 1 arrived 6 weeks later still waiting for the other 1 sent emails but no reply

Having placed an order mid December, I had to wait over 4 weeks and nothing arrived. I chased it up and received an email saying it had been 'lost in the post'! - This duly arrived but only contained 1 or the 2 items I had ordered.

I mailed again with photos....nothing. I mailed again asking for a response.....nothing! - 4 emails later and still not even an acknowledgement never mind a solution.

A shame after they were so apologetic 1st time round. _ Hold no hope of a refund either.

Took 7 weeks to arrive and no replies to email

Item is great. Had some delays with delivery but communication was good. Item arrived safe and well packaged just late

No T shirt, Emails sent, replied to one which blamed Royal mail. Order was despatched allergedly on 2/01/2022 still no goods. Now 25/01/2022 chasing refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE PLEASE !

T-shirts are ok BUT

2 items took well over a month to arrive, when I emailed for an update (no phone to be found) there was no answer to any of the emails.

Will never buy here again.

Took over a month from order to arrive. I understand covid affected the service but at least the item was worth it. Was a present and recipient loved it
