I haven't received my order and nobody is responding to my emails.

Never received goods, never replied to any of my emails, seen on previous posts that it's a scam company and people have not received their goods or had replys to their emails either. Don't get involved with company

Ordered a T-shirt, never arrived. They never replied to my emails asking why the t-shirt hasn’t been dispatched/received. Don’t trust them!!!

Never received my order! Emailed twice - no response!!

Suggest you Google this company and see the reviews before you part with your money!!!

*Update - I managed to get my money back through a chargeback claim with my bank - suggest you try the same thing!

I have still not received the item. I have chased at least half a dozen times and not even had the courtesy of a response.
This is a gift for my son and he is extremely disappointed that we have still not received.

Still waiting for the item which was apparently dispatched on 23 January!!!
Extremely unhelpful response from them when chased up several times:

We are extremely short staffed due to illness so responses are limited due to that not ignorance.

We advertise 3 - 21 working days delivery in our terms and conditions and delivery FAQ. After 10 working days we can ask the royal mail to investigate. Below is the section from the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of purchase.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY - I wish I’d read others’ reviews before purchasing from them. They said they’d despatched my item three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. They haven’t responded to my emails and there’s no contact phone number. Will be looking into reporting them for fraud. They call themselves DARCYELEANOR.CO.UK on my debit card statement which is a blank WordPress site page. They are con artists. They are the same people as Rockmerch (Rockmerch is on the Biker Rings website as the contact) and both companies have an overwhelming number of people on Trustpilot who say they’ve also been conned. I’ve checked on companies house and the person behind Rockmerch seems to be called CARL HARRISON born December 1974. If you click on him he has other companies such as selling jewellery calling himself a ‘sales person’ and ‘entrepreneur’. He seems to be a one man con artist and needs to be investigated and stopped.

This is appalling and to see it has happened to so many people. I have reported the company to Action Fraud.

I never received my product and haven’t heard a peep from anyone in over a month! What’s going on?!?!

Not received my order, been emailing them no answer. They took the money straight away 6 weeks ago. Very bad can't contact them

Never received item, never answered first email l, I had to be more to the point before they answered, and even then they were boarder line rude. They never bothered with my third email. If you have money to throw away order with this lot.

Ordered in January still haven’t received

Really bad. My item, ordered a month ago, has still not arrived. No response to my emails and no number to call on the website.

I have not received my purchased item. I have contacted the company by email 5 times and have not had a reply. Please can someone get in touch? My item is over 3 weeks late with no communication. Very disappointed!!!!!

You are really taking the mickey I have not had the goods, they say on the way, been posted, very busy. Obviously scammers their name is now burnt into my bottom. They should be ashamed.

I’ve emailed several times and no reply. I have never received my items and my wee boy was devastated not to get his AC/DC T-shirts! Bloody thief’s!

Phooking terrible. Order over a month late. Emailed customer service and no reply for 5 days
