I do don’t want to even give 1 star. Ordered tshirt 2 weeks ago, had confirmation of order but nothing else. No reply to emails either, so very little chance of a refund. Will get bank involved.

Item was not delivered, I've sent several emails about this (was looking for a phone number on the website but could not see one) and nobody has responded.

Happy to amend this review if you email me back and advise me what is happening with my order

Order #70941 has never been received and none of my emails have been answered.

Ordered item in December, received a month later! Unfortunately item did not fit (poor sizing) so returned by tracked post for refund. A month later still waiting for refund. Contacted them by email but had no response.

Ordered and paid for 4 kids t shirts on 22.1.22 still not arrived 9.2.22 and no reply to emails sent to tgem for delivery info. I will not buy from them again

I ordered a band t shirt from ur website on 1/2/22 as a valentines gift for my boyfriend and I received the order confirmation email but since then I’ve had no updates, no parcel and no responses to my emails trying to chase my parcel!!! I am very uhappy with this service and would like an immediate refund OR my parcel that I ordered in the first place.

I still haven’t received my order from 21/1/22 and I have sent an email which you have not responded to. This order is a birthday present for my son on Friday I’m really dissatisfied

No tracking number on delivery, delivery still not arrived after 4 weeks. Customer care abrupt when contacted. Pretty disappointing all-round as this was a gift for 5 year old daughters birthday who is pretty upset her gifts have not arrived and still uncertain if they will arrive.

I have never received the product and only one of my emails has been answered. I understand they have staffing issues because of Covid, maybe they should think of temporarily closing until they can offer a viable service.

Have not received my order and have yet to receive a response from customer services. They trade as another company - Do not trust Rockmerch! Seems to be a scam! Buyer be ware!

Terrible - product hasn’t arrived & haven’t responded to customer service emails.

I ordered a tee shirt as a sort of silly Valentines gift for my partner, on a weekend - 22nd January (leaving plenty of time for me to receive it given that I hadn't purchased from Biker Rings before and obviously was ordering on a Saturday).

It wasn't actually despatched until the following Thursday - 27th January. The email that was sent with it said to allow seven working days for delivery. Those seven working days were up on 7th February (not counting the day it was sent).

I emailed Biker Rings that day, politely requesting whether they had any tracking information or could update me on where the item was. No response, so as far as I know that was just money down the drain.

Had to return an item, 2 months later and I an still waiting on a refund despite numerous emails. The other order I made was very late in arriving, the customer service response was poor. I don't tend to leave bad reviews but it's been so poor from the start that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through the hassle. Won't use again.

I placed an order on 17/01 and it still has not arrived. I have emailed customer service and not had a response
