Avoid this company
I have ordered some spine protector on its website and it meant to be delivered today but ain’t arrived so I’ve called the UK customer number and the guy named Ahmed told me that this item is not available in the UK ??? No information about delay or no refund plus Ahmed started to be very rude and abusive
I was waiting for this particular item for over a week and I’ve only found out myself that this size I’ve particularly ordered is not available in the UK
Absolute rubbish

The medium bike jacked ordered was too small around the neck to fit, as I am not large (Only 15") this was very odd?
I put a note in the return slip about this to discuss with them, but all they did was send me a partial refund, calling them hasn't worked so far as they don't seem to answer the phone & their voicemail is full. After receiving an e mail to review them, they finally sent me a full refund. They then asked me what size I wanted, but no mention of the neck size to give me confidence to reorder?

No real complaints, in all honesty it was a bit of a faff to get the correct size sent out, which initially was my fault ordering the wrong size. Bit of a delay after providing a picture Royal Mail took of the trousers I sent back, which I'll add were originally ordered via Amazon, however after a day or so I received a message to say that the correct size was being sent out, which did arrive 24hr tracked. Jeans appear to be well made, hopefully I don't have to put them to the test for durability. A few negative comments with the same issues I had, that being the delay in sending replacements out but I'm perfectly happy with the way they handled my order.

Dreadful company. They never respond to emails. I had to return an item as wasn't happy with it, they refunded me but deducted a restocking fee which is illegal in the UK. No mention of it on their returns policy, just written on a slip with the product. Ill be reporting to trading standards

Rubbish customer service and awful at replying to emails BUT.....
My BGA Velocity water resistant cordura matching jacket and trousers finally arrived 3 weeks after ordering.
They're brilliant !! Far exceeding my expectations. Made in Pakistan but I cannot fault the quality and fit !

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH - purchased jacket which was ok but too big & the wrong colour. Had to pay to return. Then was told not received, but provided return and delivery confirmation. Keep sending automatic message asking what I would like to replace it with!!! I WANT A REFUND BUT NO FURTHER RESPONSE for over 3 weeks!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Why is Amazon letting this scammer to continue seller on their platform??!

Shocking company … prices are decent and the gear is okay but the service is absolutely shocking. I sent back an item and never received a refund until I had to pressure them 2 weeks later.

I’m still missing some protective pads which they missed in my order and now they’re ignoring my emails.

Don’t use this company, I certainly won’t be using them again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Would be 0 stars if possible. Listen to other reviews and stay away from these cowboys. Awful quality gear and extremely oversized, I returned and they then deducted a “restock fee”… this is illegal in the UK so DON’T let them scam you with this… they soon refunded it once trading standards got involved.

They are a total waste of space in received a bike jacket advertised at 100% waterproof that let the rain in through the seams when contacted they said it was a typing error, when trying to return the items they are being very obstructive, I will just bin the items and contact trading standards about miss selling

Tried to return item for exchange. Sent POD and tracking details. Then had nothing sensible back or was ignored. Complete shysters. Do not waste your money and time dealing with them. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful!!!

Scammers don't send or respond to emails, I'll file a complaint with the postal police

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered a pair of motorcycle jeans a size larger than I ware by doing this I knew the length would be a little longer however I was prepared to except this. When the jeans arrived later than the advertised delivery times, they would not fit I put a drapers tape around the waistband to find they were not a 34 I am a 32. I requested a return for a refund which the excepted only to be told that I was responsible for the return post cost. This to me was not the response I expected as the goods were not fit for purpose. I have returned the item with a tracked return upon checking they have had the return for 3 days I have let them know that I’ve tracked the item and it’s been received.
Now they are asking for a tracking number.
Obviously an excuse not to refund my money. SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE

Best company can improve by shipping the correct goods to start off with and then when I want to return them they want to charge me for it you also email them then they go quiet and then you nudged them and then they come out with some total different shit, will never buy from this company again stay away be warned they are effing crap

Order trousers and jacket took ages to be delivered.
Worn 4 times pocket fell apart and lost my house keys.
Emailed them loads of times and no reply. Stay away from them waste of time and money.

Utter shite. Nothing like the photos on the website and it isn’t actually a proper shop, just a bloke ordering stuff from Pakistan and sending it on. The body armour offers all the protection of a cut up cornflake box and the leather is about as thick as a fag paper. Don’t waste your money, and it is a waste of money because he won’t refund it.

Bought a pair of Kevlar/ Aramid lined trousers CE AA. Was suspicious that the "100% Aramid fibre" lining wasn't actually genuine "Dupont Kevlar" as described. Took a piece of medium grit sandpaper to it and put holes in it with 2 rubs. Then was able to cut through it with ease with a pair of normal household scissors and tear it just as easily. Now I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure genuine Aramid fabric should be more robust than this. Wouldn't want to gamble my skin so they went in the bin

Ordered a jacket from this seller via Amazon marketplace. Listing promised free returns *for any reason* so felt confident ordering. When item turned out to be too small they then spent 3 weeks doing everything possible to avoid sending out a valid label including twice supplying prepaid labels with invalid barcodes and QR codes and other incorrect details ie weight. In between "first say why you want to return" and "we have sent a label" and "just send it back" which in the end i did at my own expense once i had received their assurance that postage would be refunded. It wasn't. Eventually Amazon stepped in and a full refund was received. Had i ordered direct from the website without the added reassurance you get from Amazon i'd probably be on to Trading Standards by now. Suggest you avoid this company.
