Never received advertised Neck Tube
Have updated my previous review, as you replied saying you had no evidence of my order. Order number was #140030. Would love to still receive my neck tube!

Fast shipping, but was my order was advertised on the homepage to come with a free Alpinestars neck tube, because it was over £99 (i paid £159.99). Neck tube never came with the order and when i emailed about getting one sent out (the neck tube was the reason i ordered from here and not another shop with the same price product) the response was disappointing, blunt and made no effort to help whatsoever. They have a few different Alpinestars neck tubes in stock on the website, however they were not willing to send me one of these. If you see this neck tube offer advertised, don't expect to receive anything.
