Had my bike collected and serviced by Perry recently. Was kept up to date with the work required and my bike was delivered back to mine once serviced.

This is the first time I’ve used Bike SOS and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Perry was friendly and efficient and fixed my bike at a reasonable price.

BikeSOS we’re quick to respond, collect and return the bike.

We gave BikeSOS a complete wreck of a bike and the BikeSOS team returned it in a sparkly state with absolutely brilliant service, and a comprehensive rundown (both written and verbal at handover) as to what was remedied and considerations on the specific bike.

They even were able to instantly identify numerous build errors from the bikes original assembly (which I believe was Halfords).

We will absolutely be using the guys’ services again, as they are absolutely top-notch - full trust and confidence in their ability.

Perry and Bike SOS were recommended by a friend of mine. I contacted Perry and asked him to look at my bikes. He came round on time and we chatted about the services he offered. I asked Perry to give two of my bikes a standard service, which he did.
He also took time to explain the other levels of service he is able to offer.
He took the bikes away, called me to check about replacing a chain before doing so.
Delivered the bikes back on time and they are working very well. I will be asking Perry to look at my other bikes in the coming months.

I was referred to Perry (Bike SOS) by a friend as I had smashed the derailleur on my mountain bike. I was impressed by the whole experience, including; pick up, clarity on issues, prompt resolution, workmanship and return. On the back of the excellent service I immediately booked in my road bike as well for a service.
