Delivery service is terrible!
Delivery service was absolutely terrible!
First was my +3K bike delivered, nothing recieved.
Called 2 times to the delivery service, no help.
Called back again and they searched for the pakkage.
Pakkage delivered, could not be deliverd because of my adress (no acces truck +3 ton). I have to give an alternative adress to deliver. I have wasted 1,5 days of work for a delivery of a bike :-(

2 items not deliverable, the items can be cancelled but no alternative foreseen. The 2 non deliberable items are send in separate mails on seperate days, therefor I'm already waiting 2 weeks for my order, without any message on when it will be send. No possibility to contact anyone or receive a personal message from customer service. Would never order here again!

DPD didn't deliver at door and just dumped it 10 miles away, no email no note nothing. Their tracking is useless. Good thing i keep eye on my stuff. Wish I lived in the 80's where you could just buy stuff in actual existing store and there was just one postal service that always delivered albeit slow
