I placed my order online and it claimed I would get it delivered between 2-3 business days.

I reached out to customer service, and they responded with a generic excuse and mentioned that they would deliver the goods that week.

3 days went by, and still not even a notification with a track and trace number to check on my order.

Finally after 10 days of having made the original order I get a track and trace, but the track and trace is the worst I have ever seen in my life, and gives no insights into when your order will be delivered.

Bikester has turned my excitement into frustration really quick with their sub-par service, and I will NEVER order from them again.

I hope that I still get my order delivered after this review, since from the other reviews I'm seeing they tend to ignore customers that wish for a refund when something doesn't goes as expected.

Good products, good price

When I placed the order, I selected to pay by IDEAL. I went to get my card and scanner as this time it would not let me use my mobile app. By the time I found both, it had timed out. So when I refreshed the page, all 12 items had been taken out of my shopping backet.... which meant i had to go and find all items again. must have taken an extra 30 minutes... annoying!

Quick delivery and excellent price as usual. I am a very satisfied customer with Bikester for a number of years and wil stay one for sure.

Again a delayed delivery of 3-6 days, which is unacceptable for a webshop. I requires me to take an extra day off from work, in order to receive the parcel. Bad service also concerning my complaint. In short, even thoufh the prices are attractive, I would not recommend Bikester to anyone anymore.

I ordered cycling shoes. When I received them, the shoes were obviously lightly used and broken. The broken part (a screw hole housing, where the cleats connect) was actually taped to the shoe. As if they just send me someone else’s returned goods. It was a really bad experience.

The ordered article arrived swiftly and in perfect conditions. I am very happy with the article.

I ordered a bike, unfortunately it was a manufacturer defect. Then, I received another one and it was also a defect. I had to return both and order a new one again. It took more than a month and I still don’t have my new bike yet. Good thing is the customer service was good and responded quickly.
